Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla calls on PM Narendra Modi and Amit Shah at New Delhi

New Delhi : Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah at New Delhi today. He apprised them about the losses incurred due to heavy rains and cloudbursts in the State.
The Governor informed the Prime Minister about the relief and rescue operations being undertaken by the State Government and NDRF and thanked him for the support of the Centre Government for releasing funds and deploying para-military forces and NDRF.
The Governor briefed them that he had also reviewed the situation and personally visited affected areas in Mandi and Solan districts. Governor said that both the Prime Minister and the Union Home Minister have assured of all possible support to the state.
