DC Sakshi Sawhney launches I-ASPIRE project to inspire students for pursuing dreams

Ludhiana : Deputy Commissioner Sakshi Sawhney launched the “I-ASPIRE” project in the district on Wednesday. The project aims to motivate and inspire school students to pursue their dreams. It will connect students from 8th to 12th standards with professionals in their dream fields.
Under the initiative, students will be asked about their career ambitions. Based on their passions, they will be grouped for visits to relevant professionals’ offices including IAS, IPS, PCS, PPS, Doctor, Scientist and others. The students will have the opportunity to interact with and learn from the professionals they dream of emulating by spending a day with them.
After meeting their role models, the students will share their experiences with other students in their schools, fostering a culture of dream chasing and inspiration. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between aspirations and reality by providing students with first-hand exposure to their desired career paths.
The Deputy Commissioner said that as per the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, by interacting with successful professionals, students will gain valuable insights, motivation, and guidance to pursue their dreams with dedication and hard work. ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਸਾਕਸ਼ੀ ਸਾਹਨੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ‘ਆਈ-ਐਸਪਾਇਰ’ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਸਕੂਲੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਪਨਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ 8ਵੀਂ ਤੋਂ 12ਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਪਨਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ੇਵਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀ ਤਹਿਤ, ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਸੰਦੀਦਾ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਬਾਰੇ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਨੂੰਨ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਇਕੱਤਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਪੇਸ਼ੇਵਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਫਤਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਈ.ਏ.ਐਸ., ਆਈ.ਪੀ.ਐਸ., ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਸ., ਪੀ.ਪੀ.ਐਸ., ਡਾਕਟਰ, ਵਿਗਿਆਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਪੇਸ਼ੇਵਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਬਿਤਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਸੁਪਨਾ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਆਪਣੇ ਰੋਲ ਮਾਡਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਤਜ਼ਰਬਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦ{ਜੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਪਨਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾ ਲੈਣ ਦੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਸੋਚ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਫਲ ਪੇਸ਼ੇਵਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਗਨ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੁਪਨਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਕਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵਡਮੁੱਲੀ ਸੂਝ, ਪ੍ਰੇਰਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ।
