First IPL match at PCA Cricket Stadium Mullanpur on March 23

Mullanpur (New Chandigarh) : The first IPL match at the PCA cricket stadium, Mullanpur will be held on March 23, said Deputy Commissioner Mrs Aashika Jain while chairing a review meeting with officials of various departments to take stock of arrangements at the Stadium. The Deputy Commissioner said that two big parking sites will be arranged outside the stadium for the spectators.
She instructed to make adequate arrangements for cleanliness of roads, urinals, lights, reflectors and VVIP parking inside the stadium. She said that all officers should discharge their responsibility meticulously to ensure all mandatory preparations in time. The Deputy Commissioner instructed the officials not to allow any deficiency in the arrangements for the first cricket match slated here.
She asked the police officials to arrange security as well as traffic arrangements in wake of the inaugural match. She also directed to maintain law and order during the matches and strictly deal with any kind of hooliganism and also asked to make the traffic completely smooth and provide complete facilities to the people while commuting.
The Deputy Commissioner also instructed the fire brigade officials to make necessary arrangements on the spot. She also asked the health department officials to deploy medical teams at the match venue so that medical assistance can be provided if needed.
The officers present in the meeting included CA GMADA Rajiv Gupta, Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke, S P (Headquarters) Tushar Gupta, SDM Kharar Gurmander Singh, Assistant Commissioner (General) Davy Goyal and DSP Dharamvir Singh along with officers of various departments were present.

ਮੁੱਲਾਂਪੁਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋਏ ਨਵੇਂ ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਏ. ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਸਟੇਡੀਅਮ ਵਿਖੇ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਆਈ.ਪੀ.ਐੱਲ.ਮੈਚ 23 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਜਿਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਆਸ਼ਿਕਾ ਜੈਨ ਨੇ ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਏ. ਸਟੇਡੀਅਮ ਮੁੱਲਾਂਪੁਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੱਖੋ ਵੱਖ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ। ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਲਈ 02 ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗਜ਼ ਸਟੇਡੀਅਮ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ।
ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਫ ਸਫਾਈ, ਸੀਵਰੇਜ, ਲਾਈਟਾਂ, ਰਿਫ਼ਲੈਕਟਰਜ਼, ਸਟੇਡੀਅਮ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਦੀ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਢੁਕਵੇਂ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਨਦੇਹੀ ਨਾਲ ਨਿਭਾਉਣ। ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਮੈਚ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਘਾਟ ਨਾ ਆਉਣ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਮੁਸਤੈਦੀ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਖਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਚਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅਮਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਕਰਾਰ ਰੱਖਣ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੁੱਲੜਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਖਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਨਿਪਟਣ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਟ੍ਰੈਫਿਕ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਚਾਰੂ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਉਣ-ਜਾਣ ਵੇਲੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਆਖਿਆ। ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਫਾਇਰ ਬ੍ਰਿਗੇਡ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਮੈਚ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਥਾਨ ‘ਤੇ ਤਇਨਾਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਲੋੜ ਪੈਣ ’ਤੇ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸੀ.ਏ.ਗਮਾਡਾ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਰਾਜੀਵ ਗੁਪਤਾ, ਵਧੀਕ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ (ਜਨਰਲ) ਵੀ.ਐੱਸ. ਤਿੜਕੇ, ਐੱਸ.ਪੀ. (ਹੈੱਡਕੁਆਟਰ) ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਤੁਸ਼ਾਰ ਗੁਪਤਾ, ਐੱਸ.ਡੀ.ਐਮ. ਖਰੜ ਗੁਰਮੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸਹਾਇਕ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ (ਜਨਰਲ) ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਡੈਵੀ ਗੋਇਲ, ਡੀ.ਐੱਸ.ਪੀ.ਧਰਮਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਮੇਤ ਵੱਖੋ ਵੱਖ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਤੇ ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਏ. ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।
