Mohali Police Arrests five accused involved in the terror module from Pilibhit within 72 Hours

Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar : Amidst the ongoing drive to make Punjab a crime free state as per the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Manm, the Mohali Police succeeded in arresting the five gangsters from Pilibhit within 72 hours after the killing of a Jammu resident Rajesh Dogra alias Mohan Jheer.
The latter was murdered was in a broad day light on March 4 on front of CP 67 Mall. The five accused including two former cops included Anil Singh alias Billa son of Karan Singh Resident of Village Gura Salathia, Police Station Vijaypur, District Samba (Jammu and Kashmir) (dismissed soldier in Jammu Police), Harpreet Singh alias Preet son of late Balbir Singh Resident of B-67, Ganapati Enclave, Police Station Kankar Khera, District Meerut (U.P.), Satveer Singh alias Babbu son of Gurnam Singh Resident of Village Shahgarh Station, Police Station Madho Tanda, District Pilibhit (UP), Sandeep Singh alias Soni son of Bhupinder Singh Resident of Village Halo Tali, Near Gurudwara, Police Station Malepur, District Fatehgarh Sahib and Sham Lal son of Beli Ram Resident of Village Kirmo, Police Station Ramnagar, District Udhampur (Jammu and Kashmir, Suspended constable in Jammu Police).
The Police teams recovered 03 Pistols(01 pistol .45 bore, 01 pistol .30 bore, 01 pistol .32 bore), 02 Revolvers .32 bore, one Pump action gun .12 bore besides 71 Live cartridges (02 pieces of .30 bore, 19 pieces of .32 bore and 50 pieces of .12 bore).The four vehicles recovered from the accused included a White Fortuner Car no. JK21-J-5522, a White Creta Car no. JK02-CC-0019, a Gray Innova Car no. CH01-CJ-5801 and a White Brezza Car no. HP38-F-7669.
Giving the details, SSP Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Dr Sandeep Garg said that the preliminary interrogation revealed that both the parties had been in a rivalry since 2006. “This gang used to spread terror in Jammu and Kashmir by executing terror activities and demanding ransom.
Due to mutual enmity, the deceased Rajesh Dogra killed the key member of Bakra Gang Jammu to spread his terror,” the SSP said by further adding that to take revenge, Anil Singh alias Billa, as the head of the Bakra gang, hatched a conspiracy to kill Rajesh Dogra in 2015 and was constantly interacting with the infamous gangsters of Punjab, UP and Uttarakhand to execute the same.
The accused further revealed that an amount of more than Rs 01 crore has been spent by the rival gang to eliminate Rajesh Dogra. The rival gang members had prepared fake addresse ids and purchased vehicles and weapons/ammunition.
After committing the incident, they parked the vehicle used in the incident at different locations and took an escape route towards Pilibhit (UP) area. The Police teams pushed into the search of the accused covered an area of about 3000 kilometres of Jammu, Delhi, UP, Nepal border and traced the accused in the case and arrested them from Shahgarh, District Pilibhit (UP), the SSP further said.
SSP said that further investigation is going on and the leader of this gang has eight murder FIRs against him in various police stations in Jammu. An FIR was immediately registered u/s 302,120B of IPC and 25 of Arms Act by PS Phase 11 in this regard on March 4, 2024.

ਉਕਤ ਟੀਮਾ ਵੱਲੋ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਟੈਕਨੀਕਲ ਅਤੇ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸੋਰਸਾ ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਕਰੀਬ 3000 ਕਿੱਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਜੰਮੂ, ਦਿੱਲੀ, ਯੂ.ਪੀ, ਨੇਪਾਲ ਬਾਰਡਰ ਦਾ ਏਰੀਆ ਕਵਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਟਰੇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਸ਼ਾਹਗੜ, ਜ਼ਿਲ਼੍ਹਾ ਪੀਲੀਭੀਤ (ਯੂ.ਪੀ) ਤੋ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਭਾਰੀ ਮਾਤਰਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਲਾ ਐਮੂਨੀਸ਼ਨ ਸਮੇਤ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਤੀਆ ਕਾਰਾਂ ਬ੍ਰਾਮਦ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਹਿਮ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਡਾ: ਗਰਗ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਢਲੇ ਤੋਰ ਤੇ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਕਤ ਦੋਵਾ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਲ 2006 ਤੋ ਆਪਸੀ ਰੰਜਿਸ਼ ਚੱਲਦੀ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ। ਜੋ ਇਹ ਗੈਂਗ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਗੀਨ ਜੁਰਮ ਕਰਕੇ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤ ਫੈਲਾ ਕੇ ਫਿਰੋਤੀਆ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਦੇ ਸੀ, ਜੋ ਆਪਸੀ ਰੰਜਿਸ਼ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਰਾਜੇਸ਼ ਡੋਗਰਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤ ਫੈਲਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਬੱਕਰਾ ਗੈਂਗ ਜੰਮੂ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਦਾ ਕਤਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।
ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਬਦਲਾ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਅਨਿੱਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਉੱਰਫ ਬਿੱਲਾ ਨੇ ਬੱਕਰਾ ਗੈਂਗ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖੀ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਤੇ ਸਾਲ 2015 ਤੋ ਰਾਜੇਸ਼ ਡੋਗਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਲਈ ਪਲਾਨ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਯੂ.ਪੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਤਰਾਖੰਡ ਦੇ ਨਾਮੀ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾ ਨਾਲ ਸਪੰਰਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਤੋ ਇਨ੍ਹਾ ਵੱਲੋ ਰਾਜੇਸ਼ ਡੋਗਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਰੀਬ 01 ਕਰੌੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਤੋ ਉਪਰ ਦੀ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਖਰਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ।
ਜੋ ਇਸ ਗੈਂਗ ਨੇ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਐਡਰੈਸ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਗੱਡੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਅਸਲਾ/ਐਮੂਨੇਸ਼ਨ ਖ੍ਰੀਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾ ਨੇ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਕਰਨ ਤੋ ਬਾਅਦ, ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਤੀਆ ਗੱਡੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਥਾਵਾ ਤੇ ਖੜੀਆ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੀਲੀਭੀਤ ਯੂ.ਪੀ ਏਰੀਆ ਵੱਲ ਫਰਾਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਗੈਂਗ ਦੇ 05 ਮੈਂਬਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਕ ਹੈ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾ ਤੋ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਦੀ ਤਫਤੀਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਗੈਂਗ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖੀ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ 08 ਕਤਲ ਦੇ ਮੁਕੱਦਮੇ ਜੰਮੂ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਥਾਣਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਜ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਹਨ।
