AAP Delhi leadership’s absence in Punjab shows all is not well in the party: Partap Singh Bajwa

Chandigarh : Seeing the Delhi leadership of the Aam Aadmi Party inactive in Punjab in this Lok Sabha Elections, Leader of the Opposition (LoP), Partap Singh Bajwa on Friday said that everything does not seem well within the broom party.
Senior Congress Leader, Bajwa also pointed out that even the AAP’s Koh-E-Noor diamonds – Rajya Sabha Members from Punjab – have not been active in the state elections. It establishes that the AAP was going through internal turmoil.
“Raghav Chadha, who was considered to be the super CM of Punjab has gone to the UK for an eye treatment. Does he think that the doctors and medical services in India are not adequate because he went to the UK? Similarly, Sandeep Pathak has not held a single rally in Punjab”, Bajwa added.
The opposition leader said that the other Rajya Sabha members of the AAP including Balbir Singh Seechewal, Harbhajan Singh, Ashok Mittal, Sanjeev Arora, and Vikramjit Singh Sahney appeared to have kept mum. They have not been seen participating in the election campaign.
“Earlier the AAP leadership had appointed some Delhi-based supervisors in almost every department to oversee the functioning. Delhi CM and AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal had been keeping an eye on the functioning of the Punjab government through his loyalists. Why don’t these people go to the ground and seek votes, when the AAP has been facing tough questions from the people belonging to different sections of the society – mainly farmers”, said Bajwa.
Bajwa said that the ruling party in Punjab has been facing a serious leadership crisis in the state and at such a critical time, the Delhi leadership has also deserted the AAP Punjab, which would turn out to be fatal for the broom party. The AAP is all set to face a humiliating defeat in the Lok Sabha Elections in the state.

इस लोकसभा चुनाव में पंजाब में आम आदमी पार्टी के दिल्ली नेतृत्व को निष्क्रिय देखकर नेता प्रतिपक्ष (एलओपी) प्रताप सिंह बाजवा ने शुक्रवार को कहा कि झाड़ू पार्टी के भीतर सब कुछ ठीक नहीं लग रहा है। कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता बाजवा ने यह भी कहा कि यहां तक कि आप के कोहिनूर हीरे- पंजाब से राज्यसभा सदस्य- भी राज्य चुनावों में सक्रिय नहीं हैं. यह स्थापित करता है कि आम आदमी पार्टी आंतरिक उथल-पुथल से गुजर रही थी।
उन्होंने कहा, ‘राघव चड्ढा, जिन्हें पंजाब का सुपर सीएम माना जाता था, आंख के इलाज के लिए यूके गए हैं. क्या उन्हें लगता है कि ब्रिटेन जाने के कारण भारत में डॉक्टर और चिकित्सा सेवाएं पर्याप्त नहीं हैं? इसी तरह, संदीप पाठक ने पंजाब में एक भी रैली नहीं की है। विपक्ष के नेता ने कहा कि बलबीर सिंह सीचेवाल, हरभजन सिंह, अशोक मित्तल, संजीव अरोड़ा और विक्रमजीत सिंह साहनी सहित आप के अन्य राज्यसभा सदस्य चुप नजर आए। उन्हें चुनाव प्रचार में हिस्सा लेते नहीं देखा गया है।
उन्होंने कहा, ‘इससे पहले आप नेतृत्व ने कामकाज की देखरेख के लिए लगभग हर विभाग में दिल्ली स्थित कुछ पर्यवेक्षकों को नियुक्त किया था. दिल्ली के सीएम और आप सुप्रीमो अरविंद केजरीवाल अपने वफादारों के जरिए पंजाब सरकार के कामकाज पर नजर रख रहे थे। ये लोग मैदान में क्यों नहीं जाते और वोट मांगते हैं, जब आप को समाज के विभिन्न वर्गों के लोगों, मुख्य रूप से किसानों के कठिन सवालों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
बाजवा ने कहा कि पंजाब में सत्तारूढ़ पार्टी राज्य में गंभीर नेतृत्व संकट का सामना कर रही है और ऐसे महत्वपूर्ण समय में दिल्ली नेतृत्व ने आप पंजाब को भी छोड़ दिया है, जो झाड़ू पार्टी के लिए घातक साबित होगा। आम आदमी पार्टी को राज्य में लोकसभा चुनाव में अपमानजनक हार का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਨੂੰ ਗੈਰ-ਸਰਗਰਮ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਝਾੜੂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ‘ਚ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਠੀਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਪਦਾ। ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਆਗੂ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਕੋਹ-ਏ-ਨੂਰ ਹੀਰੇ ਜੋ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਹਨ, ਵੀ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ‘ਆਪ’ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਉਥਲ-ਪੁਥਲ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਲੰਘ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ।
ਰਾਘਵ ਚੱਢਾ, ਜੋ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਸੁਪਰ ਸੀਐਮ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ, ਅੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਲਾਜ ਲਈ ਬਰਤਾਨੀਆਂ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਕੀ ਉਹ ਸੋਚਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਯੂਕੇ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ? ਇਸੇ ਤਰਾਂ ਸੰਦੀਪ ਪਾਠਕ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਇੱਕ ਵੀ ਰੈਲੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ। ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੀਚੇਵਾਲ, ਹਰਭਜਨ ਸਿੰਘ, ਅਸ਼ੋਕ ਮਿੱਤਲ, ਸੰਜੀਵ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਨੀ ਸਮੇਤ ‘ਆਪ’ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਚੁੱਪ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਚੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਏ ਹਨ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ‘ਆਪ’ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਨੇ ਕੰਮਕਾਜ ਦੀ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਲਈ ਲਗਭਗ ਹਰ ਵਿਭਾਗ ‘ਚ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਸੁਪਰਵਾਈਜ਼ਰ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਨ। ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਸੁਪਰੀਮੋ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਫ਼ਾਦਾਰਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਕੰਮਕਾਜ ‘ਤੇ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਰੱਖ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ। ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ‘ਆਪ’ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਵਰਗਾਂ ਖ਼ਾਸ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਸਵਾਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਲੋਕ ਮੈਦਾਨ ‘ਚ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੰਗਦੇ।
ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਸੱਤਾਧਾਰੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿਚ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਦੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਸੰਕਟ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਨਾਜ਼ੁਕ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿਚ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਨੇ ‘ਆਪ’ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਝਾੜੂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਲਈ ਘਾਤਕ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਰਮਨਾਕ ਹਾਰ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
