Haryana Public Works (Buildings and Roads) Minister, Sh. Ranbir Gangwa said that the construction work of a Government Girls College in the village Jamni of the Safidon Assembly constituency will commence soon after the tendering process is completed. The Cabinet Minister was responding to a question raised by Safidon MLA, Sh. Ram Kumar Gautam during the ongoing Winter Session of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha.
He informed the House that, based on the revised drawings and including earth-filling work, a revised rough cost estimate amounting to Rs. 1,126.39 lakh was sent in August 2025 to the Higher Education Department, Haryana, for administrative approval. Once the administrative approval is granted, the construction work of the Government Girls College will start.
