Shimla : Addressing the press conference, Himachal Pradesh Industries Minister Bikram Thakur and BJP’s Palak of Kangra parliamentary constituency said that in view of Covid, for our MSME , The largest financial package of Rs 3 lakh crore has been announced so far to provide collateral-free automatic loans to the entrepreneurs who have been affected under the Self-Reliant India Scheme to increase liquidity in the market. If we talk from the industrial point of view, the main purpose of this economic package, then I would like to say that due to the shock caused by Covid, our industrial sector has to pull out this region and take it to the path of progress.So far, our MSMEs through banks working in Himachal Pradesh. A loan of about Rs 1250 crore has been disbursed to entrepreneurs under this economic package. Officials of our Industries Department, ever since this package has been announced, have been motivating entrepreneurs to take advantage of it along with banks, the Additional Chief Secretary of the Department of Industries himself went to Nahan last day to discuss the entrepreneurs and even today Going to Solan where officers and bank officials are coming from Hamirpur, Una and Bilaspur have also gone to discuss. It is expected that a loan of up to Rs 2000 crore in Himachal will be disbursed to entrepreneurs under the Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme. Apart from this, a fund of 50 thousand crores has been set up under this self-sufficient package for the units which are functioning properly and want to expand in the future, but now the focus of banks is on giving emergency loans to entrepreneurs. is . Therefore, under the Fund of Funds, banks have not started lending yet.

• Relief to MSMES faced by pressure: 20 thousand crore schemes have been started to face pressure. So far, no such distribution has been made by Himachal banks because this loan has to be given to the same entrepreneurs whose debt has been default. • Changes in the definition of micro manufacturing and services: About 99 percent enterprise of our state under this provision. The definition will come and benefit from the incentives received by the Central and State Government. • EPF support for industries and workers: The industry of Himachal will definitely benefit. It is also blasted by telling you that this support of 24 percent has been increased for the upcoming and three months. Under this scheme, there are 5175 qualified institutions in Himachal Pradesh and 99672 workers are eligible. • Rs. 10 thousand crore for the development of micro-food processing enterprises and Rs. 15 thousand crore rupees to develop structural facilities for animal husbandry development, Rs. 20 thousand crore for fishery value chain. Provision of Rs 8100 crore has been made for Rs 500 crore and social infrastructure for silence development. Himachal Pradesh has been a target of 1191 units in which self-help groups and women groups will be included. • During the Kovid-19 epidemic, Jharkhand state from Himachal was sent back to their home by 3918 migrant workers by rail and buses. Apart from this, 15 workers of Himachal were brought back from Jharkhand state.

• Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana An amount of Rs 7.62 crore has been disbursed as Non Refundable Advance benefiting 3491 workers of Himachal Pradesh under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana being run by the Government of India. • Kisan Credit Card: Out of total 9,60,765 farming families in the state, 4,29,689 farming families have availed the facility of Farmer’s Det Card under Self-Reliant India Scheme. Small and medium farmers who cannot avail the facility of Kisan Credit Card are being encouraged to fulfill their crop loan requirement from rural cooperative banks at discounted rates. • Agriculture Infrastructure Fund: The unemployed youth of this scheme are being encouraged to set up small cold store post harvesting units in the state. Also, there is a provision to set up various self-help groups and cooperative gatherings to provide fair prices to farmers by purchasing and selling the crops of the farmers from the villages.

Under the self-reliant India scheme by the Government of India, such migrant laborers of the outlying states who do not have any ration card under the NFSA or State Government scheme in the state and due to the lockdown It was decided to distribute five kilograms of rice per member and one kilogram of black gram per family for two months for the month of May and June, 2020. Under this scheme, 1432.228 MT of rice per month and 137 AT Kala Chana were allocated to this state for two months. The allocation received from the Government of India was allocated to all the districts of the state, which is also being distributed to the beneficiaries. Out of the total allocation of 2864.4 MT of rice received for the month of May and June 2020, 1831 MT of rice has been allocated, the percentage of which is 64 percent. Similarly, out of the allocation of 137 mt of black gram, 95.6 mt of black gram has been allocated, whose percentage is 70 percent. The deadline for distribution of the remaining quantity has been extended from June 2020 to August 2020.Under the Ujjwala scheme, a total of 1,35,000 beneficiaries were given 3 free gas cylinders in the state. • Under Pradhan Mantri Krishi Samman Nidhi Yojana, 4,29,000 beneficiaries were selected in the state. Under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana, around 30,000 workers were provided benefits of Rs 15 crore under EPF.At the press conference along with the minister state BJP General Secretary and political advisor to the Chief Minister Trilok Jamwal and State BJP’s co-media in-charge Karna Nanda were also present .
