Small and medium farmers who cannot avail the facility of Kisan Credit Card are being encouraged to fulfill their crop loan requirement from rural cooperative banks at discounted rates. • Agriculture Infrastructure Fund: The unemployed youth of this scheme are being encouraged to set up small cold store post harvesting units in the state. Also, there is a provision to set up various self-help groups and cooperative gatherings to provide fair prices to farmers by purchasing and selling the crops of the farmers from the villages.

Under the self-reliant India scheme by the Government of India, such migrant laborers of the outlying states who do not have any ration card under the NFSA or State Government scheme in the state and due to the lockdown It was decided to distribute five kilograms of rice per member and one kilogram of black gram per family for two months for the month of May and June, 2020. The deadline for distribution of the remaining quantity has been extended from June 2020 to August 2020.Under the Ujjwala scheme, a total of 1,35,000 beneficiaries were given 3 free gas cylinders in the state. • Under Pradhan Mantri Krishi Samman Nidhi Yojana, 4,29,000 beneficiaries were selected in the state.
