NSS PEC Organized Blood Donation Camp in Collaboration with PGIMER

Chandigarh : The National Service Scheme (NSS) cell of Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University), Chandigarh organized a Blood Donation Camp on 18th April, 2024. This was done in collaboration with PGIMER, Chandigarh.
Early on, Prof. (Dr.) Baldev Setia, the Director of PEC graced the event accompanied by Mr. Nemi Chand, the NSS State Liaison Officer for Chandigarh. They interacted with the donors and felicitated those who had been consistently donating their blood in the donation camps previously held in the campus.
Mr Chand appreciated the efforts of PEC towards social service and encouraged them to come up with newer initiatives. A total of 150+ responses were received for the BDC. This initiative by NSS-PEC was highly appreciated.
