Annual Dangal Held at Village Sanoora, Rajpura Draws Massive Crowd. The Dangal Committee Sanoora successfully organized its annual wrestling competition (Dangal) at Village Sanoora, Rajpura, drawing enthusiastic participation and widespread public interest from across Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, and Haryana.

The event was formally inaugurated by Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, Hon’ble MLA Ramgarh and Former Minister for Health and Medical Education, Jammu & Kashmir, who graced the occasion as Chief Guest. 

Former MLA Hiranagar Kuldeep Kumar and Asha Rani, DDC Member Rajpura, attended the event as Guests of Honour. The Dangal featured prominent wrestlers from three states, showcasing high-caliber bouts that kept the audience thoroughly engaged throughout the day.

Distinguished personalities who attended the event included Parmjeet alias Pammy Baba, Monu Jamwal (President, Bainglar), Kulbhushan Singh (District Vice President), Rajesh Singh (Mandal Vice President), Pritam Chand (Mandal General Secretary), Tanter Singh, Parshotam Singh, Yash Pal, Ganesh Verma and Kamal Verma.

The event celebrated the rich cultural heritage and traditional sport of wrestling in the region. The Dangal Committee expressed its heartfelt gratitude to all dignitaries, participants, and the local community for their unwavering support in making the event a resounding success.
