Shiv Pratap Shukla visits Devta Maheshwar Temple at Pujarli

Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla today visited the revered temple of Devta Maheshwar at Pujarli in Rohru Sub-Division as part of his three-day official tour. Lady Governor, Janaki Shukla accompanied him during the visit.

The Governor was warmly welcomed by a large number of local residents who gathered in traditional attire to greet him. Education Minister Rohit Thakur and local MLA Mohan Lal Brakta were also present on the occasion. 

The dignitaries joined the Governor in paying obeisance at the ancient temple, which holds immense religious and cultural significance for the local population.The Governor appreciated the devotion and hospitality of the people and expressed his deep reverence for the local dev parampara . 

“This visit has offered me a rare opportunity to witness the sacred Dev culture of Himachal Pradesh up close,” said the Governor. He prayed for the continued blessings of Devta Maheshwar for welfare and prosperity of the people of the region.

Secretary to the Governor C.P. Verma, Additional Deputy Commissioner Abhishek Verma and other dignitaries and officials were also present during the visit.
