Deputy Commissioner Shimla Anupam Kashyap called on Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla at Raj Bhavan today and extended a formal invitation to him to be the Chief Guest at the inauguration of the Shimla Summer Festival. The Shimla Summer Festival is scheduled to be held from 01 June to 05th June, 2025.
Organized annually, the festival showcases the rich cultural heritage, music and art of Himachal Pradesh, attracting tourists and locals alike. The Deputy Commissioner apprised the Governor of the preparations for the festival and highlighted the various cultural events and activities planned during the five-day celebration.
Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla appreciated the efforts of the district administration in organising the festival and conveyed his best wishes for its grand success.
