Nayab Singh Saini announces to give matching grant to Gaur Brahmin Vidhya Pracharini Sabha

Haryana Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini announced a matching grant from the state government to the Gaur Brahmin Vidya Pracharini Sabha in village Pahrawar for the construction of Campus-III educational institutions. He said that the Haryana government will provide a matching grant exceeding the amount collected by the society for these institutions. 

In addition, one of the state’s major park will be named after Lord Parshuram.  The Chief Minister made these announcements on Friday during a state-level function held in village Pahrawar, district Rohtak, on the occasion of Lord Parshuram’s birth anniversary. 

On this occasion, he also announced a grant of Rs 51 lakh. He further said that other demands submitted will be forwarded to the relevant departments for feasibility assessment, and efforts will be made to prioritize and fulfill them.

Earlier, the Chief Minister inaugurated and laid the foundation stones for a total of nine projects worth Rs 61.23 crore. This includes laying the foundation stones for five projects valued at Rs 54.26 crore and inaugurating four projects worth Rs 6.97 crore.

Sh Nayab Singh Saini, while paying tribute to Lord Parshuram on his birth anniversary, as well as commemorating the martyrdom day of Sikh Guru Arjan Dev Ji and the birth anniversary of Arut Maharaj, said that all these great personalities dedicated their entire lives to the establishment of religion, social unity, harmony, and culture. 

Their life journeys continue to inspire us to follow the path of righteousness and serve humanity. Describing Lord Parshuram as a mighty warrior, a scholar of the Vedas, and a great social reformer, the Chief Minister said that despite being a Brahmin, he took up arms to eradicate injustice and unrighteousness. 

The life of Lord Parshuram Ji teaches us that only the balance of knowledge and strength can lead society in the right direction. He added that Haryana has always been a land of valor, knowledge, and rich traditions. Lord Parshuram had said that even taking up arms to protect religion is a form of penance.

The Chief Minister further stated that as we progress with the vision of building a developed India and a developed Haryana under the leadership of Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi, the ideals and messages of Lord Parshuram inspire us to stay on the right path. 

He said that as we advance ambitious campaigns like Developed India, Digital India, and Startup India, we must all contribute to making India a global leader once again by taking a firm pledge inspired by the resolve of Lord Parshuram.

Sh Nayab Singh Saini said that Lord Parshuram destroyed injustice not for personal gain but for the welfare of society and the protection of religion. Inspired by this spirit, our Armed Forces, under the leadership of Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi, carried out Operation Sindoor after the cowardly incident in Pahalgam, targeting terrorist hideouts in Pakistan with precision—ensuring no harm came to innocent civilians. 

The Prime Minister’s clear message is that anyone who threatens us will not be spared.

Medical college in Kaithal named after Lord Parshuram

Referring to the various initiatives undertaken by the state government for the welfare and upliftment of the Brahmin community, the Chief Minister said that the medical college in Kaithal has been named after Lord Parshuram to inspire future generations with his teachings and ideals. 

Additionally, the government has declared a gazetted holiday on the birth anniversary of Lord Parshuram. He further said that the longstanding land dispute of the Gaur Brahmin College in Pahrawar village, which had persisted since 2013, has been resolved. 

The government has also approved 100 BMS seats at the Gaur Brahmin Ayurveda College, and classes have commenced. A postage stamp in the name of Lord Parshuram has been issued, and land has been allotted for a Brahmin Dharamshala in Karnal.

The Chief Minister urged the youth to recognize and awaken the qualities of courage and service inherent in Lord Parshuram within themselves and to contribute actively to the vision of a developed India and a developed Haryana.

The Aim of Brahmin Society is to Establish Morality and High Ideals – Dr. Arvind Sharma

Cooperative, Heritage, and Tourism Minister Dr. Arvind Sharma welcomed Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini upon his arrival at the program. He praised the Chief Minister as a well-wisher of farmers, laborers, the poor, and a leader representing 36 communities. 

Dr. Sharma noted that since Brahmins serve all societies, people from various communities participated in the event. He emphasized that the primary role of Brahmins has been to elevate morality and establish high ideals within the traditions of India, with Lord Shri Parshuram Ji being the finest example of these values. 

He further added that the prestige of the venue has grown even more with the planned installation of a grand statue of Lord Parshuram Ji in the complex. Additionally, he presented other demands of the society to the Chief Minister.

Lord Parshuram was a Great Warrior and Protector of Sanatan Dharma and Culture”l – Mohan Lal Kaushik

BJP State President Sh Mohan Lal Kaushik, while paying homage to Lord Parshuram, stated that Lord Parshuram Ji was not only a mighty warrior but also a staunch protector of Sanatan Dharma and Indian culture. He courageously opposed injustice and unrighteousness, working to establish equality and justice in society. 

Kaushik highlighted that Lord Parshuram’s teachings remain relevant and continue to inspire the younger generation. He expressed gratitude to former Chief Minister Sh Manohar Lal for resolving the disputed land issue. 

He also said that students from 36 communities will benefit from the educational institutions to be built here, marking an important step towards realizing Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi’s vision of a developed India On this occasion, Cabinet Minister Krishan Lal Panwar, Mahipal Dhanda, Ranbir Gangwa, Minister of State Gaurav Gautam and other dignitaries were also present.
