Industrial Area Association thanked Anil Vij for getting approval for construction of wall in Ambala Cantonment Industrial Area

Members of the HSIDC Industrial Area Association in Ambala Cantonment visited the residence of Haryana’s Energy, Transport and Labour Minister, Sh. Anil Vij to express their heartfelt gratitude for securing approval for constructing a boundary wall around the Industrial Area. Association members said that due to Cabinet Minister Anil Vij’s efforts, the area would now be protected from floodwaters.
On this occasion, they said that Energy Minister Anil Vij has made tireless efforts to safeguard the Ambala Cantonment Industrial Area, which are now bearing results. They said that once the wall is built, their industries will be shielded from flood-related damages.
The members also mentioned that earlier, Ambala Cantonment had been neglected in terms of development, but Energy Minister Anil Vij has initiated so many development projects that the local people will benefit for decades to come. Present at the occasion from the Industrial Association were Aashawant Gupta, S.K. Wadhawan, Alok Gupta, Suresh Dhiman, Ravi Jhamb, Sahil Jain, Sanyam Jain, Kanwaljit Jain. From Laghu Udyog Bharati, Shubhadesh Mittal, Vinod Bansal, Subhash Dhiman, Subhash Mittal, Mangan Rastogi, Kapil Verma, Mahavir Jain, Praveen Jain, Sanjeev Ahuja, Virendra Verma, Rajinder Singh, Raman Nagpal, and other industrialists were also present.
It is noteworthy that due to Cabinet Minister Anil Vij’s efforts, the government has approved Rs. 16.35 crores for constructing a concrete boundary wall around the Industrial Area. The RCC wall will be two kilometers long and six feet high from the road level.
Two additional pumps have also been installed in the Industrial Area for water drainage.
