The Haryana Government has appointed Link Officers of various departments with the objective of ensuring smooth functioning of the concerned departments in the absence of Administrative Secretaries due to leave, training, tour, election duty or transfer or retirement or any other reason.A notification to this effect has been issued by Chief Secretary Sh. Anurag Rastogi.
In case of absence of Administrative Secretary for Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes and Antyodaya (SEWA), the Administrative Secretary of Development & Panchayats Department is Link Officer-I and Administrative Secretary of Environment, Forests & Wildlife is Link Officer-II.
In the case of Development and Panchayat Department, the Administrative Secretary of Environment, Forest and Wildlife Department will be Link Officer-1 and the Administrative Secretary of SEWA Department will be Link Officer-2.
In the case of Environment, Forest and Wildlife Department, the Administrative Secretary of SEWA Department has been assigned the responsibility of Link Officer-1 and the Administrative Secretary of Development and Panchayat Department has been assigned the responsibility of Link Officer-2.
In the case of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department, the Administrative Secretary of Cooperation will be Link Officer-1 and the Administrative Secretary of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department will be Link Officer-2.
In the case of Cooperation Department, the Administrative Secretary of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department has been made Link Officer-1 and the Administrative Secretary of Fisheries Department has been made Link Officer-2.
In the case of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, the Administrative Secretary of Fisheries Department will be Link Officer-1 and the Administrative Secretary of Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department will be Link Officer-2.
In the case of Fisheries Department, the Administrative Secretary of Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department has been assigned the responsibility of Link Officer-1 while the Administrative Secretary of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department has been assigned the responsibility of Link Officer-2.
In the case of Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department, the Administrative Secretary of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare will be Link Officer-1 while the Administrative Secretary of Cooperation Department will be Link Officer-2.
In the case of Heritage and Tourism Department, the Administrative Secretary of Information, Public Relations, Language and Culture Department has been appointed as Link Officer-1 while the Administrative Secretary of Archives Department has been appointed as Link Officer-2.
In the case of Information, Public Relations, Language and Culture Department, the Administrative Secretary of Heritage and Tourism Department will be Link Officer-1 while the Administrative Secretary of Printing and Stationery Department will be Link Officer-2.
In the case of Printing and Stationery Department, the Administrative Secretary of Archives Department has been assigned the responsibility of Link Officer-1 and the Administrative Secretary of Heritage and Tourism Department has been assigned the responsibility of Link Officer-2.
In the case of Archives Department, the Administrative Secretary of Printing and Stationery Department has been appointed as Link Officer-1 while the Administrative Secretary of Information, Public Relations, Language and Culture Department has been appointed as Link Officer-2.
In the case of Mines and Geology Department, the Administrative Secretary of Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Department will be Link Officer-1 and the Administrative Secretary of Heritage and Tourism Department will be Link Officer-2.
In the case of Excise and Taxation Department, the Administrative Secretary of Finance and Planning Department has been appointed as Link Officer-1 and the Administrative Secretary of Industry and Commerce Department has been appointed as Link Officer-2.
In the case of Finance and Planning Department, Administrative Secretary of Excise and Taxation Department will be Link Officer-1 and Administrative Secretary of Industry and Commerce Department will be Link Officer-2.
In the case of Industry and Commerce Department, Administrative Secretary of Mines and Geology Department has been assigned the responsibility of Link Officer-1 and Administrative Secretary of Transport Department has been assigned the responsibility of Link Officer-2.
In the case of Sainik and Paramilitary Welfare Department, Labour Department has been appointed as Link Officer-1 while Administrative Secretary of Finance and Planning Department has been appointed as Link Officer-2.
In the case of Labour Department, Administrative Secretary of Transport Department has been appointed as Link Officer-1 and Administrative Secretary of Mines and Geology Department has been appointed as Link Officer-2.
In the case of Transport Department, Administrative Secretary of Industry and Commerce Department will be Link Officer-1 and Administrative Secretary of Labour Department will be Link Officer-2.
In the case of Medical Education and Research Department, Administrative Secretary of Health and Family Welfare has been appointed as Link Officer-1 and Administrative Secretary of Higher Education Department has been appointed as Link Officer-2.
In the case of Health and Family Welfare Department, the Administrative Secretary of Medical Education and Research Department has been appointed as Link Officer-1 while the Administrative Secretary of School Education Department has been appointed as Link Officer-2.

In the case of AYUSH Department, the Administrative Secretary of Women and Child Welfare Department has been appointed as Link Officer-1 and the Administrative Secretary of Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Department has been appointed as Link Officer-2.
In the case of Women and Child Welfare Department, the Administrative Secretary of AYUSH Department has been appointed as Link Officer-1 and the Administrative Secretary of Sports Department has been appointed as Link Officer-2.
In the case of Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Department, the Administrative Secretary of Sports Department has been appointed as Link Officer-1 and the Administrative Secretary of AYUSH Department has been appointed as Link Officer-2.

In the case of Urban Local Bodies Department, the Administrative Secretary of Town and Country Planning and Urban Estate Department has been appointed as Link Officer-1 while the Administrative Secretary of Housing for All Department has been appointed as Link Officer-2.
In the case of Housing for All Department, the Administrative Secretary of Town and Country Planning and Urban Estate Department will be Link Officer-1 and the Administrative Secretary of Urban Local Bodies Department will be Link Officer-2.
In the case of Foreign Cooperation Department, the Administrative Secretary of the Future Department has been appointed as Link Officer-1 and the Administrative Secretary of Town and Country Planning and Urban Estate Department has been appointed as Link Officer-2.
In the case of the Future Department, the Administrative Secretary of the Foreign Cooperation Department has been appointed as Link Officer-1 and the Administrative Secretary of the Urban Bodies Department has been appointed as Link Officer-2.
In the case of the Energy Department, the Administrative Secretary of the Irrigation and Water Resources Department has been assigned the responsibility of Link Officer-1 while the Administrative Secretary of the Public Works (Buildings and Roads) and Architecture Department has been assigned the responsibility of Link Officer-2.
In the case of the Irrigation and Water Resources Department, the Administrative Secretary of the Public Works (Buildings and Roads) and Architecture Department has been appointed as Link Officer-1 and the Administrative Secretary of the Public Health Engineering Department has been appointed as Link Officer-2.
In the case of Public Works (Buildings and Roads) and Architecture Department, the Administrative Secretary of the Public Health Engineering Department will be Link Officer-1 while the Administrative Secretary of the Energy Department will be Link Officer-2.
In the case of Public Health Engineering Department, the Administrative Secretary of Energy Department has been assigned the responsibility of Link Officer-1 and the Administrative Secretary of Irrigation and Water Resources Department has been assigned the responsibility of Link Officer-2.
In the case of Home Department, the Administrative Secretary of Revenue and Disaster Management Department has been appointed as Link Officer-1 and the Administrative Secretary of Finance and Planning Department has been appointed as Link Officer-2.
In the case of Revenue and Disaster Management Department, the Administrative Secretary of Home Department has been appointed as Link Officer-1 and the Administrative Secretary of Finance and Planning Department has been appointed as Link Officer-2.
In the case of Civil Aviation Department, the Administrative Secretary of Civil Resource Information (CRID) Department has been assigned the responsibility of Link Officer-1 while the Administrative Secretary of Labor Department has been assigned the responsibility of Link Officer-2.
In the case of Civil Resource Information Department, the Administrative Secretary of Industry and Commerce Department has been appointed as Link Officer-1 while the Administrative Secretary of Civil Aviation Department has been appointed as Link Officer-2.
