Gurugram Mayor and Councillors make courtesy call on Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini

Mayor of Gurugram Municipal Corporation, Raj Rani Malhotra, along with the councillors, made a courtesy call on Haryana Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini at his Sant Kabir Kutir residence here today. Gurugram MLA Sh Mukesh Sharma was also present on the occasion.
The Chief Minister congratulated the newly elected councillors and the Mayor, expressing hope that they would actively contribute to the city’s development by prioritizing public service. During the meeting, the councillors lauded the Chief Minister’s public welfare policies and shared their suggestions for the holistic development of Gurugram. The Chief Minister gave their suggestions due consideration and assured prompt implementation.
Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini assured that no area connected to Manesar and Gurugram will face a water scarcity . He stated that effective measures are being undertaken in this regard, and work is being expedited wherever necessary.
The Chief Minister also informed that the drain cleaning work is nearly complete, and officials have been directed to expedite the remaining tasks. He said that in several areas, water drainage issues persist due to unconnected drains. Instructions have been issued to address this problem, and strict action will be taken against those found responsible for negligence.
The Chief Minister emphasized that the active cooperation of the councillors is essential for the planned development of Gurugram. All the councillors expressed their gratitude, praising the Chief Minister’s efforts for the city as commendable. They assured their full support and commitment to contributing in every possible way to Gurugram’s development under his leadership.
