CM Nayab Singh Saini directs timely issuance of certificates, Prioritizing eligible beneficiaries

Haryana Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini has reaffirmed that the state government is committed to ensuring that all eligible beneficiaries receive their certificates promptly and on a priority basis. He said that clear instructions have already been issued to ensure timely issuance of certificates such as DSC, OSC, BC, and EWS.The Chief Minister directed the concerned department officials to ensure that no eligible applicant faces any difficulty in obtaining their certificate.
Providing an update on the status so far, the department informed that between May 28 and June 3, a total of 1,17,778 certificates have been issued across the state. However, around 28,830 duplicate applications have also been received. Taking serious note of this, the Chief Minister instructed officials to closely monitor and resolve such duplicate cases at the Common Service Center (CSC) level itself.
The Chief Minister further directed all District Information Officers to strengthen infrastructure at the district level, so that the certificate issuance process becomes faster, more transparent, and efficient.
He also emphasized the importance of keeping applicants informed about the status of their applications and certificates through CSCs, to ensure transparency and prevent inconvenience.The Chief Minister firmly warned officials that no certificate of an eligible beneficiary should be left pending, and any negligence in this regard will not be tolerated.
