Block Congress Committee Mohali (Rural) meeting held under the leadership of Balbir Singh Sidhu

Under the guidance of Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee President S. Amarinder Singh Raja Warring, a meeting of the Block Congress Committee Mohali (Rural) was held yesterday at Phase 1, Mohali. The meeting was organized under the leadership of senior Congress leader and former Health Minister S. Balbir Singh Sidhu. Mohali organizational observer Mr. Manish Bansal and district Coordinator S. Gurkimat Singh Sidhu were also present.
All Mandal Presidents and Booth Committee office bearers of Mohali actively participated in the meeting and discussed strategies to further strengthen the Congress party at the grassroots level. Addressing the gathering, S. Balbir Singh Sidhu said, “The booth committees formed under the leadership of Punjab Congress President S. Amarinder Singh Raja Warring ji have significantly strengthened the party at the grassroots.
Regular meetings and direct interaction with the people are helping us build a deeper connection with every household.” Mr. Manish Bansal and S. Gurkimat Singh Sidhu appreciated the dedicated work being done by the Booth Mandal Committees under the leadership of S. Balbir Singh Sidhu.
They emphasized that the active involvement of all sections of society, especially women and youth, will ensure that the Congress party’s policies and programs reach every home swiftly through weekly committee meetings. Launching a scathing attack on the Aam Aadmi Party government, S. Sidhu said, “Punjab today is struggling with rampant drug abuse, false cases against innocent people, rising unemployment among youth, betrayal of farmers, and the exploitation of the working class.
The Bhagwant Mann government has completely failed to maintain law and order and ensure peace in the state.” He further added, “The anti-farmer land pooling policy of the Bhagwant Mann government is a clear attempt to benefit big builders and real estate lobbies at the expense of our farmers.
The Congress party stands firmly with the farmers and will continue to fight for their rights.” The meeting witnessed enthusiastic participation from the Block President, Mandal Presidents, Booth Committee office bearers, and party workers from the Mohali (Rural) constituency.
