100 stolen / lost mobile phones recovered and restored to their rightful owners

Mansa : Even as the entire police force is preoccupied in implementation of Covid-19 guideline to prevent its spread while maintaining law and order in the district, Mansa Police’s commitment of service to our communities never takes a back seat. In light of our community police concerns, Mansa Police recovered stolen or lost mobile phones and handed them over to their actual owners today. SSP Mansa Sh. Surendra Lamba, IPS, while addressing the press informed that out of the 100 mobile phones recovered by Mansa Police, many are expensive phones including, 1 i-Phone, 14 Samsung Mobile, 35 Vivo Mobile, 25 MI Mobile and other costly mobile phones of different companies. Mansa Police in its quest for serving the community has recovered and handed over 813 mobile phones to their owners in the past. Thus all together uptill now 913 mobile phones including 100 mobile phones recently recovered have been handed over.SSP Mansa further briefed that a special team was constituted under the supervision of Sh. Satnam Singh SP (Hq) Mansa, which used traditional as well as that latest scientific techniques to trace stolen and lost mobile phones and achieved the appreciable task through extensive surveillance. The team of young and experienced police officers tasked with tracing stolen/lost mobile phones while performing other duties, alongside, is committed to recovering more phones and restoring them to their rightful owner.
