Giving the message of saving air, water and soil, NGO Soch organized an exhibition in Nehru Rose Garden

Ludhiana : Society for Conservation and Healing of Environment (SOCH), a social service organization, organized an exhibition at the Nehru Rose Garden under the third Environment Conservation Fair-2024. Meanwhile, science models were presented by students of different schools, colleges and universities, giving the message of saving our air, water and soil.
Similarly, many social service organizations and organizations have set up different stalls and gave a message to save the environment While a live workshop was also conducted on clay ornaments and utensils, vermi compost, bonsai etc.
The exhibition was inaugurated by Ludhiana Municipal Corporation Commissioner Sandeep Rishi, who praised this effort made by the NGO and also assured full support from the Municipal Corporation.
On this occasion, Sant Baba Gurmeet Singh Ji, the patron of the social service organization, President Dr. Balwinder Singh Lakhewali and Secretary Dr. Brij Mohan Bhardwaj said that saving the environment for our future generations is the main need of the hour.
Under this objective, science models have been installed here today by various schools, colleges, universities and social service organizations. Similarly, efforts are being made to spread awareness through cultural programs.
Live workshops on earthen ornaments and utensils, vermicompost, bonsai, etc. were also conducted during this, giving people some options to solve environment related challenges. The exhibition will continue till tomorrow.
Competitions between various schools and universities were also conducted during the exhibition, in which DAV Public School Pakhowal Road stood first in the Bio Breakthrough. Bhopal City – Police DAV Public School stood second in Story of Tragedy to Trump.
Similarly, BCM 32 Sector School stood third in Next Generation Lithium. BCM Arya Model Senior Secondary School stood third in Namami Gange. While CT University received the Consolidation Prize in Integrated Farming.
The fair aims to highlight various aspects of environment conservation such as heritage tree planting, water conservation, soil conservation, organic home gardening, waste management, waste management and composting, pollution free vehicles, air pollution Reduction, noise pollution, environment-friendly packaging, energy conservation, solar energy, healthy lifestyle products, whole grains and human health etc.
