Bihar Cadre IAS Officers Visited SAS Nagar

S.A.S. Nagar : As a part of training, 2022 Batch, Bihar Cadre IAS Officers, today, visited SAS Nagar and saw the working of administrative officers in the local District Administrative Complex. Deputy Commissioner, Mrs Aashika Jain while welcoming these trainee elite services officers, apprised them of the administrative work being disposed of at various levels as a part of District Administration.
She said that an IAS officer’s first agenda should be the service of the Nation and the state, where he/she has been posted. The Deputy Commissioner while sharing the routine of administrative duties with them said that redressal of the problems and grievances raised by the general public matters foremost as the society keeps such ambitions from us as an administrating authority.
The officers also got information on the SAS Nagar district and its overall department in the previous years. They were more interested in the planned development of the district in the wake of increasing urbanisation in the outskirts and evolution of new urban areas with the arrangements of accommodation.
The Deputy Commissioner said that the district has seen unprecedented development in the field of real estate, the IT service sector and major industries based on pharmaceutical, tractor parts and other areas. She said that being an administrative officer, be it at district level or subdivision level, an officer has to work day and night to keep things in order.
Coordination with other departments, particularly with police counterpart is a must to maintain the law and order. The officers who were present on this occasion included ADC (G) Viraj S Tidke and Assistant Commissioner (Under Trainee) Davy Goyal and IAS under trainees from Bihar; Divya Shakti, Shreya Shree, Aashish Kumar, Kishley Kushwaha, Rituraj Pratap Singh, Gaurav Kumar, Kajale Vaibhav Nitin, Shweta Bharti, Gaurav Kumar.

ਆਪਣੀ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਜੋਂ, 2022 ਬੈਚ ਦੇ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਕੇਡਰ ਦੇ 09 ਆਈ ਏ ਐਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਿਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਕੰਮਕਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਿਆ। ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਆਸ਼ਿਕਾ ਜੈਨ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਿਵਲ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸੁਆਗਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਪੱਧਰਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਿਕ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਆਈ ਏ ਐਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਏਜੰਡਾ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਰਾਜ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕੀ ਡਿਊਟੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਰੁਟੀਨ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਪਟਾਰਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਸਮਾਜ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਿਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਤੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਤੋਂ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਉਮੀਦਾਂ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਹ ਬਾਹਰੀ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ, ਨਵੇਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ, ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਯੋਜਨਾਬੱਧ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਦਿਲਚਸਪੀ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਸਨ। ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੀਅਲ ਅਸਟੇਟ, ਆਈ.ਟੀ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਸੈਕਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਫਾਰਮਾਸਿਊਟੀਕਲ, ਟਰੈਕਟਰ ਪਾਰਟਸ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਆਧਾਰਿਤ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੇਮਿਸਾਲ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਿਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਤੇ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਹੋਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਸਬ-ਡਿਵੀਜ਼ਨ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ, ਇਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਠੀਕ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਦਿਨ-ਰਾਤ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ, ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਹਮਰੁਤਬਾ ਨਾਲ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਏ ਡੀ ਸੀ (ਜ) ਵਿਰਾਜ ਐਸ ਤਿੜਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ (ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਅਧੀਨ) ਡੇਵੀ ਗੋਇਲ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਆਏ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਅਧੀਨ ਆਈ.ਏ.ਐਸ. ਦਿਵਿਆ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ, ਸ਼੍ਰੇਆ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ, ਆਸ਼ੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਕਿਸ਼ਲੇ ਕੁਸ਼ਵਾਹਾ, ਰਿਤੂਰਾਜ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਗੌਰਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਕਾਜਲੇ ਵੈਭਵ ਨਿਤਿਨ, ਸ਼ਵੇਤਾ ਭਾਰਤੀ, ਗੌਰਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਵੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।
