Dr. Jaspal Singh Sandhu Launches Documentary & Calendar Depicting “Spiritual Journey Of Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib Ji”

Amritsar : Dr. Jaspal Singh Sandhu, Vice Chancellor Guru Nanak Dev University  here today launched the Calendar and Documentary based on theme “Spiritual Journey of Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib Ji”, dedicated to 400th year of advent of Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib, prepared by High Court Lawyer and Nature Photographer, Harpreet Sandhu,
The Calendar and Documentary are replete with high quality colourful pictures of the holy Gurudwaras i.e. Guru ka Mahal (Amritsar), Vayah Asthan (Kartarpur, District Jalandhar), Bhora Sahib (Baba Bakala),  Thara Sahib (Amritsar), Guru Ke Mahal (Bhora Sahib, Sri Anandpur Sahib), Thara Sahib (Sri Anandpur Sahib), Sis Ganj Sahib (Chandni Chowk, Delhi), Gurudwara Rakab Ganj Sahib (Delhi), Bibangarh Sahib (Ropar), Sis Ganj Sahib (Sri Anandpur Sahib), Gurudwara Akal Bunga Sahib (Sri Anandpur Sahib), depicting the Pious Journey of Ninth Sikh Guru, from his Birth till Martyrdom.
Prof. Sandhu, while launching the Calendar and Documentary appreciated unique thought of Advocate Harpreet Sandhu for conceiving and coming up with this pious work and said that this initiative will definitely help to spread preaching’s of Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib, and message of peace and universal brotherhood within humanity.Dr. Jaspal Singh Sandhu further applauded the Pictorial Visuals promoting the Historical Gurudwaras, related to the Ninth Sikh Guru, Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib Ji and their importance within the Sikh Sangat in form of the Calendar dedicated to the commemorating 400th Prakash Purab of Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib Ji, will be of interest for the entire humanity and requested citizens of Punjab to must watch this Documentary, which depicts the Spiritual Journey of Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib.The Honble Governor Punjab His Excellency V.P Singh Badnore has acknowledged the pious work on 12th January 2021 at Punjab Raj Bhavan, Chandigarh and the Hon’ble Speaker Punjab Vidhan Sabha Sh.
