District Administration organizes Suwidha Camp at Boarder Village Mohammad Peera under Mission ABAD 30

Fazilka : Under the Mission Abad 30, initiated by the district administration for the development of border villages, a suwidha camp was held at village Muhammad Peera. MLA Fazilka Mr. Narinder Pal Singh Sawna, Deputy Commissioner Dr. Senu Duggal IAS and SSP Avneet Kaur Sidhu visited the camp and interacted with the villagers and listened to their problems.
On this occasion, MLA Mr. Narinderpal Singh Sawna said that the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is organizing these camps with the aim of providing citizen services to the people at their doorstep.
He said that different departments come and set up their camps in the border villages and provide various public services on the spot. Deputy Commissioner Dr Senu Duggal said that these camps started under Mission Abad 30 are proving to be a boon for the border villages and people do not have to come to the offices for various citizen services.
She said that more than a dozen departments reach the village and provide facilities to the people. She also distributed the certificates made during the camp to the beneficiaries on the spot. On this occasion, SSP Avneet Kaur Sidhu appealed to the people to stay away from drugs and said that if anyone is smuggling drugs, report them to the police.
She also appealed to the villagers to report the drone activity to the police. Apart from Tehsildar Mr. Sukhdev Singh, officials of various departments and a large number of villagers were also present on this occasion.
