Residents of Kharar’s Ward No. 17 and 27 to witness unprecedented development : Anmol Gagan Maan

Lends ear to the grievances of Kharar residents, assures to resolve the issues on priority

Kharar (S.A.S Nagar) : Cabinet Minister Anmol Gagan Mann on Wednesday reviewed the problems being faced by the residents of Ward No. 17 and 27 of Kharar city. During the discussion, the residents of Kharar brought into the notice of the minister about their various grievances.
Taking serious note , the minister resolved most of the problems on the spot. Apart from this, to resolve the remaining issues, the officials of the concerned department were asked to take quick action by issuing necessary guidelines.
On this occasion, the Minister had a special discussion with the residents about the development works to be done here. Divulging details, Punjab Tourism and Cultural Affairs, Labour, Hospitality and Investment Promotion Minister, Anmol Gagan Mann said that development works worth crores of rupees would be started soon in Ward No. 17 and 27 of Kharar.
She further said that these development works include installing street lights, interlocking tiles, development of parks, basic amenities like drinking water for the residents, compound wall around the cremation ground and Dharamsala etc.
She added that the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has accelerated the overall development works of Kharar. She said that all necessary steps will be taken for the overall development of Kharar.
On this occasion, SDM Kharar Ravinder Singh, Chairman of Market Committee Kharar Hakam Singh, Chairman of Market Committee Kurali Harish Kumar, Councilor and eminent persons were also present.
