Cabinet Minister Dr. Baljit Kaur Successfully Operated On Right Eye Of Patient Gurjit Singh

Chandigarh : The state government, led by Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, is making continuous efforts to provide good governance to the people and elevate their standard of living. As part of this initiative, Dr. Baljit Kaur, Minister of Social Security, Women and Child Development and Social Justice, Empowerment, and Minorities, performed a successful free operation on the right eye of mentally retarded patient Gurjit Singh from Muktsar district.
Providing more details, Cabinet Minister Dr. Baljit Kaur mentioned that she previously performed surgery on Gurjit Singh’s left eye when she was in government service. Now, she has successfully operated on his right eye.She added that individuals like Gurjit Singh always serve as motivation to keep moving forward in life.
With this operation, he will be able to see society with his own eyes and lead a better life.
Dr. Baljit Kaur emphasized that serving the people brings her inner peace, and her life’s primary purpose is to serve the people of the state.
