Devendra Fadnavis Hands Over CSR Donation Cheques Worth ₹50 Lakh

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis today handed over cheques amounting to ₹50,00,000 to various organizations from the CSR fund of Mihan India Limited for the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund at a program in Nagpur.

Among the major beneficiaries were:

✅ Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Nagpur Dengue Committee – ₹45,43,936

✅ Women’s Education Society – ₹24,93,000

✅ Indira Gandhi Government Medical College and Hospital – ₹30,00,000

✅ Corporation Integrated Health and Family Welfare Society – ₹25,00,000

On the occasion, Chief Minister Fadnavis expressed gratitude to Mihan India Limited for its generous contribution towards public welfare and healthcare services.

Handing Over of Urban Facilities at Chinchbhuvan

Along with the cheque distribution, Chief Minister Fadnavis also handed over newly built urban facilities in Sector 34, 35, and 36 of alternative villages at Chinchbhuvan to the Nagpur Municipal Corporation.The Nagpur District Collector provided details of the project, following which CM Fadnavis presented the official transfer certificate to the Municipal Commissioner.

About Chinchbhuvan Rehabilitation Project

For the rehabilitation of project-affected families from Mauja Jayatala, Bhamti, Chinchbhuvan, and Shivangaon, a total of 58.21 hectares of land (around 1506 plots) have been developed east of National Highway No. 44. Out of 1161 affected families in Shivangaon, 1075 have already been allotted land, with nearly 400–415 families resettled in new homes.

Additionally, around 600 houses are under construction, ensuring better living conditions for displaced families. A total expenditure of ₹65.80 crore was incurred on developing these urban facilities, which were officially handed over to the Nagpur Municipal Corporation today. Senior officials and representatives from the concerned departments were present at the ceremony.
