Free Mega Surgery Camp organized by Sewa Hospital in Punjab

Mohali : In the year 1995, Panth Rattan Bhai Sahib Bhai Jasbir Singh Ji Khalsa (Khannewale) laid the foundations for Sri Guru Harkrishan Sahib Charitable Eye Trust with the mission to help people .
On 7th May 2023, in sweet remembrance of Late Advocate Harbans Singh and to carry forward the dream of a healthy and healed world, under the esteemed guidance of Bhai Sahib Bhai Devinder Singh Ji Khalsa (Khannewale), Sri Guru Harkrishan Sahib Charitable Sewa Hospital organized a Free Mega Surgery Camp that offered all major surgeries for free for those who cannot afford it on a First Come First Serve basis. 1187 patients share their problems with doctorers during OPD also.
The occasion commenced with Gurmat Samagam at Gurdwara Gur Shabad Parkash Akal Ashram, Sohana with blessed Kirtan by Gursikh Istri Satsang Sabha, Bibi Harnoor Kaur Jalandhar, Kirtan Simran by Behn Ravinder Kaur and Jatha, Bhai Jagtar Singh Hazoori Ragi Darbar Sahib and Bhai Sahib Bhai Davinder Singh Khalsa Khannewale.
Taking Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Harkrishan Sahib Ji’s vision of a healed world forward, registrations for all major surgeries such as 100 Cataract Surgeries (Safed Motia), 15 Dentures, 11 Knee Replacements, 10 ENT Surgeries, 5 Gall Bladder Surgeries and 5 Laser Kidney Stone Removal Surgeries were opened to the public for free registrations.
Trust Secretary Gurmeet Singh was delighted to share with the press that this one of a kind Mega Camp was a vivid vision of Panth Rattan Bhai Sahib Bhai Jasbir Singh Khalsa Khannewale and was humbled that the responsibility of this was graced upon his shoulders.The turnout was in large numbers as those who had no means to quality medical facilities, found a ray of hope at the Sewa Hospital.
