VBSY reaches Panchayat Phinder Block Miran Sahib; spreads message of PM Modi among public

Jammu : As part of the ongoing VIKSIT BHARAT SANKALP YATRA, a special van reached Panchayat Phinder Block Miran Sahib today amid a warm welcome by the members of the Swagat Committee and PRIs led by Vidya Motan, DDC member Miran Sahib and Prof Garu Ram DDC member RS PURA.
The Van displayed a video message of the PM, in which he urged the people to take a pledge to work for the progress and prosperity of the country. The people present at the event took the Viksit Bharat Sankalp, and expressed their commitment to the cause.
The welcome of the yatra was followed by vibrant cultural performances by the students who showcased their talent and enthusiasm through songs, dances, sports events and skits. The audience appreciated the talent of the young artists and encouraged them with applause.
During the event a health camp was also organised by the health department where people were provided free screening of TB and NCD. Ayushman Cards were also distributed among the beneficiaries. The free health care services were provided under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana.
Representatives of the line departments explained about various schemes and programmes run by the government for the public welfare. They also distributed pamphlets and brochures among the people and answered their queries.
