Udhampur : In order to ensure smooth conduct of Digital week 2022 digital empowerment of citizens which is commencing from 25th of July in the District today Additional Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Mohammad Syed Khan convened a meeting of officers of various department at Conference Hall DC Office Udhampur.
Detailed deliberations were held on various arrangements related to smooth conduct of Digital mela like Security, Deployment of magistrates, Installation of departmental stalls, Sanitation, Medical facility, Drinking water and power supply etc.
Executive Engineer PDD was directed to provide uninterrupted power supply while the PHE department was asked to provide drinking water facility during the Digi week mela.
Concerned departments were directed to install departmental stalls of online programmes / services being provided to the general public by their respective departments.
CEO MC was asked to ensure cleaning of premises besides CMO was asked to deploy medical staff and ensure provision of requisite medical facilities, masks and sanitizer at the venue.
