DDC chairs DLRC meet at Shopian

Shopian : The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Shopian, Choudhary Mohammad Yasin today chaired a District Level Review Committee (DLRC) meeting here, to review the first half year performance of banks and other line departments, ended September 30, 2020 of Financial Year 2020-21, under Annual Credit Plan.During the meeting, Lead District Manager, G.R.Dar informed the chair that under the District Annual Credit Plan for 2020-21, Rs 624.95 Crores have been disbursed by banks.While reviewing sector wise achievement, the DDC impressed upon the Banks to improve credit dispensations in Agriculture and allied sectors, MSME, housing and education sectors.On the occasion, a Potential Linked Plan for 2021-22 was also approved and launched by the forum.The Meeting was attended by, ADC, JD-Planning, LDM, DDM NABARD, and officers from line department besides Cluster Head JK Bank, District Coordinators of banks and other concerned.Later, the DDC released 1939.93 crore NABARD credit potential for 2021-22, and the booklet in this regard prepared by NABARD was released during the meeting.It was informed that the PLP (Potential Link Plan) Booklet was prepared keeping in view the schemes of Govt of India and UT Govt.
