Pulwama (Mudasir Maqbool ) : In order to bridge the gap between general public and police for better coordination, today a PCPG meeting was held at Police Station Pulwama which was presided over by DySP Hqrs Pulwama accompanied with SHO PS Pulwama.The meeting was attended by Nambardas, Chowkidars Traders fedration & respectables of the area.
During meeting various general issues were raised by the participants. Referring to the grievances, The chairing officers assured them for time bound redressal of grievances pertains to Police and the grievances pertaining to Civil departments would be taken up with concerned authorities for immediate redressal. The chairing officers also requested the partcipants to advice the youth of their respective areas to remain away from drugs and keep an eye on the drug addicts/peddlers and added that the duty of police is to safeguard the life and property of the common people and curb crime in the society.The meeting ended in good atmosphere with vote of thanks.
