DLSA-Kulgam organises Awareness session on rights of persons at Pre-arrest/ arrest & remand

Kulgam : The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Kulgam under the leadership of Chairman DLSA Kulgam, Mohammad Ashraf Bhat today organised a meeting of SHOs and held an awareness programme regarding rights of persons at Pre-arrest/arrest and remand.
Resource Person Muneer Ahmad Bhat, Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Kulgam, deliberated upon various aspects of the topic.Meeting was also attended by Additional District & Sessions Judge Kulgam, Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Kulgam and all the SHOs and Chowki Officers of District Kulgam.
The awareness programme was conducted by Secretary DLSA Kulgam, Tabassum Qadir Parray Later all SHOs and Chowki Officers took pledge.
