J&K ITCO holds Medical Check -up Camp for Women

Jammu : Jammu and Kashmir Industrial and Technical Consultancy Organisation Ltd. (JKITCO) today organised a Medical Checkup cum awareness camp on Reproductive and Menstrual Health for Women here at Softek Institute of Information Technology, Shastri Nagar.The camp was held following social distance, mandatory mask wearing, and arrangement of Hand sanitizer as per the Covid guidelines.The J&K ITCO has organized several short term Training Programs for the creation of Self/Wage Employment during the financial year 2020-21 which was sponsored by the National Backward Classes and Finance Development Corporation, New Delhi.The Health Check up and menstrual –hygiene Awareness session was carried out by Dr. Kuljeet Kaur and Dr. Shivali Sharma.Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Operating Officer of J&KITCO, Sanjeev Dogra spoke on the objective of the training programs and elaborated the self Employment schemes being implemented by KVIB & other agencies like KVIC, and DIC etc. for PMEGP/REGP.On this occasion, MD of Softek Institute, Ashif Wani, and other training associates Rupali Sharma and Sangeeta Zutsi were also present.
