Delhi Public School, SMVDU-Katra hosts Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony

Reasi : Delhi Public School, SMVDU-Katra, hosted its Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony to honor and celebrate the academic, extracurricular, and leadership achievements of its students. The event, held at the school premises, was graced by District Development Commissioner Reasi Vishesh Mahajan as Chief Guest. The ceremony, commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp, showcased the captivating cultural program.
Speaking on the occasion, District Development Commissioner Reasi Vishesh Mahajan emphasized the significance of such ceremonies in motivating students to strive for excellence and fostering a culture of diligence and achievement within the school community.
He commended the students for their hard work and dedication, vast and diverse talents. He reiterated the District Administration Reasi’s commitment to supporting the welfare of schools and students, emphasizing the importance of providing a conducive environment for learning, growth and development .
The Prize Distribution Ceremony served as a platform to acknowledge and reward students for their outstanding achievements, providing them with encouragement and positive reinforcement. It was also an opportunity to celebrate the values of diligence and excellence that the school aims to instill in its students. SDM Katra Piyush Dhotra, Principal DPS Katra Manikarnika Sharma, Pro Vice Chairperson S.S.Sodhi, Administrator Simmi Sharma and a large number of students were also present on the occasion.
