Ganderbal : The Department of Handicrafts and Handlooms, Ganderbal today hosted a vibrant one-day Spring Exhibition at Mini-Secretariat, here. The event was inaugurated by the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Shyambir.
