DLC approves 5 Change of Land Use cases in Udhampur

Udhampur : A meeting of the District Level Committee on change of land use was convened today here with Deputy Commissioner Saloni Rai in the chair. ACR, Rafiq Ahmed Jaral provided a concise overview of the change of land use across the district, highlighting that a total of 32 applications were received online. During the meeting, the DLC committee disposed of five applications.
The Deputy Commissioner inquired about the issuance of NOCs in favour of applicants and emphasized the importance of timely processing and verification by concerned departments. Necessary directives were issued to ensure swift issuance of NOCs after proper document verification. The DC also urged officers to conduct field certifications before finalizing application disposals.
