Shopian : The District Magistrate (DM) Shopian, Sachin Kumar Vaishya today chaired a meeting of District Level Screening-Cum- Coordination-Committee (DLSCC) to decide cases of victims of militancy-related incidents.During the meeting, threadbare deliberations were held and an amount of Rs.39,52,073 was sanctioned in favour of the next of kins of Militancy victims under Property Damaged and SRO-43 cases of the district.
Out of 22 cases taken up for discussion, the meeting cleared 14 cases of property damages and 2 cases under SRO-43. Speaking on the occasion, the DM stressed the concerned Officers to ensure speedy disposal of all such cases for timely clearance of the cases.The meeting was attended by the Additional Deputy Commissioner Shopian, Mushtaq Ahmad Simnani, SDM Zainapora, ASP and other concerned officers.
