Arrangements for conduct of Class IV JKSSB Exam finalized at Poonch

Deputy Commissioner Poonch Rahul Yadav, today chaired a meeting to review the arrangements for smooth conduct of OMR based objective type written exam for class IV posts being conducted by J&K Service Selection Board. The meeting was attended by   Additional Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Dr. Basharat Hussain; Additional Superintendent of Police, Khalid Amin; Prof. Fateh Mohd. Abassi from Degree College Poonch;

Poonch : Deputy Commissioner Poonch Rahul Yadav, today chaired a meeting to review the arrangements for smooth conduct of OMR based objective type written exam for class IV posts being conducted by J&K Service Selection Board. The meeting was attended by   Additional Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Dr. Basharat Hussain; Additional Superintendent of Police, Khalid Amin; Prof. Fateh Mohd. Abassi from Degree College Poonch; Assistant Commissioner Revnue, Zaheer Ahmed Kaifi; heads of educational institutions.Threadbare discussion were held on various issues regarding the examinations including, accommodation facilities, provision of vehicles, manpower for the receipt, washroom  and light arrangements in exam centre, dispatch of examination material, security in and around strong room and examination centres, videography of examination centres besides proper sensitization of examination centre and all related issues were discussed in detail. Additional Deputy Commissioner, Dr. Basharat Hussain informed that the examination shall be held on 27th, 28th of February and on 1st March 2021 from 12 noon to 2 PM at 13 examination centres in which 13957 aspirants are going to appear.The DC urged upon the Departments to work in coordination and cohesion for conducting the exams smoothly and peacefully and also directed to make all the requisite arrangements well in advance adding that necessary training shall be imparted to the duty staff.The meeting was informed that the Mobile phones, Digital Watch and other electronic devices would not be allowed inside the exam centre. The candidates would only be allowed to carry ball-pens and hall tickets.
