Advisor Farooq Ahmad Khan visits K P Colony Vessu

Kulgam : Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Farooq Ahmad Khan, today visited K P Colony Vessu and persided over a cultural programme organised by Vessu Welfare Committee on Janamasthami.On the occasion, inhabitants of the colony apprised the Advisor of various issues including inadequate accommodation, promotion and inter-district transfer of employees appointed under PM’s Package besides establishment of KV School for their wards.

Advisor Khan appreciated the talent of kids for presenting a mesmerizing cultural bonanza.”Government is committed to bring back all those people who left the valley due to turmoil and settle them here back”, Advisor Khan asserted.Advisor gave a patient hearing to the issues and demands raised by the people and assured them an early redressal of the same.Deputy Commissioner Kulgam, Dr Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat; SSP Kulgam, Gurinderpaul Singh and other officers also accompanied the Advisor during the visit.
