Haryana CM Nayab Singh Announces Rs. 100 Crore for Renovation of Dharamshalas for Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes

Chandigarh : Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh announced that a fund of Rs. 100 crore will be allocated for the renovation and improvement of all Dharamshalas belonging to Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes in the state.
He said that former Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal worked to eliminate the backlog of Scheduled Caste vacancies in government jobs during his tenure, and if any pendency remains, the same will be addressed soon.
The Chief Minister was addressing representatives of various organizations belonging to the Scheduled Caste community who had come to greet him. The Scheduled Caste community members welcomed the Chief Minister with a turban.
My doors are open to everyone, no injustice will be tolerated
Sh. Nayab Singh said that if anyone has any difficulty or problem, they can come to Sant Kabir Kutir at any time to share their issue. Immediate action will be taken to resolve their problems, and no one will face injustice, he assured.
He said that Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar’s vision was to empower the poorest individuals and protect their rights. Similarly, Mahatma Jyotiba Phule dedicated his entire life to the upliftment of the underprivileged .
It is only because of these two great leaders, the poor have received their rights. The Chief Minister further said that the Haryana government is developing Guru Ravidas Ji’s Dham in Kurukshetra, where his teachings will be propagated, benefiting future generations.
The Chief Minister stated that over the past 10 years, our cultural heritage has been strengthened, and even the person standing in the last line has been empowered. During the Lok Sabha elections, the Congress Party and its allies spread propaganda regarding the Constitution and reservations.
Baba Bhimrao Ambedkar gave us the sacred Constitution of India, and our country is operating according to it today. The opposition falsely claimed that if Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi became Prime Minister again, he would abolish the Constitution and reservations. They used to display the sacred Constitution on stage to spread this propaganda, even though they had never respected it.
He recalled that during Jawaharlal Nehru’s time, Baba Saheb had said that Article 370 should not be included in the Constitution. Baba Saheb had opposed Article 370 at that time. Including Article 370 by Congress was a blatant insult to the Constitution.
For 10 years, the country has been continuously progressing on the path of development under the leadership of Prime Minister according to the Constitution
The Chief Minister said that for the past 10 years, under the leadership of Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi, the country has been governed according to the Constitution, and today no one can say that, Sh. Narendra Modi has diminished the dignity of the Constitution at any level during this period.
Despite this, the Congress party created a misleading atmosphere during the election. The Chief Minister urged the Scheduled Caste community families to protect society from such rumors and guide them on the right path.
He said that Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi is taking the oath for the third time today, and under his leadership, just as former Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal worked for the upliftment of the poor and marginalized in Haryana, we are collectively advancing the state on the path of development, said the Chief Minister.
Earlier, Rajya Sabha MP, Sh. Krishan Panwar addressed the event, saying that recently, the Congress Party tried to mislead the Scheduled Caste community during the Lok Sabha elections. He said that Prime Minister, Sh.Narendra Modi and former Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal has honored all saints, great leaders, and gurus.
In Haryana, the anniversaries of saints and great leaders are being celebrated officially. He urged the Scheduled Caste community to recognize their well-wishers and avoid being misled by the Congress Party’s propaganda.
Former Lok Sabha MP, Sh. Ashok Tanwar said that the opposition tried to mislead the country during the recent Lok Sabha elections, and they succeeded to some extent. The Congress Party has always relied on false politics, whether it was the slogan of eradicating poverty or any other matter.
During the Lok Sabha elections, there was a slogan that if the Bharatiya Janata Party came to power again, it would change the Constitution and reservations, and the country would be destroyed. He said that the current backlog of vacancies in government jobs is due to the Congress.
He urged the Scheduled Caste community not to be misled or confused by the Congress’s propaganda, assuring them that their rights are fully protected and will continue to be so. Vice President, BJP Women’s Wing (State), Smt. Banto Kataria addressed the program and said that the Congress Party spread propaganda about the Constitution and reservations to mislead society.
She called upon all eminent citizens and educated individuals present to take a pledge to respond to the Congress Party’s propaganda and ensure the lotus blooms for the third time in the upcoming assembly elections.
On this occasion, MLA, Sh. Satya Prakash Jarawata, the Chief Minister’s political advisor, Sh. Bharat Bhushan Bharti, former HCS officer, Sh. Amarjeet, office bearers of Guru Ravidas Sabha and Teachers’ Association, along with hundreds of people who had come to greet the Chief Minister, were present.

हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह ने घोषणा करते हुए कहा कि प्रदेश में स्थापित सभी अनुसूचित जाति एवं पिछड़ा वर्ग की सभी धर्मशालाओं के नवीनीकरण व सुधारीकरण के लिए 100 करोड रुपए की राशि जारी की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल ने अपने कार्यकाल में सरकारी नौकरियों में अनुसूचित जाति के बैकलॉग को खत्म करने का काम किया है और अगर कहीं कमी रह गई है तो जल्द ही इसे पूरा किया जायेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री आज यहां उनका अभिवादन करने आए अनुसूचित जाति समाज के विभिन्न संगठनों के प्रतिनिधियों को संबोधित कर रहे थे। इस अवसर पर जैसे ही अनुसूचित जाति समाज के लोगों ने पगड़ी पहनकर मुख्यमंत्री का स्वागत किया, जिंदाबाद के नारों से पूरा पंडाल गूंज उठा।

श्री नायब सिंह ने कहा कि किसी भी व्यक्ति को अगर कोई दिक्कत या परेशानी है तो वह किसी भी समय संत कबीर कुटीर में आकर अपनी समस्या बता सकता है। उनकी समस्या के समाधान के लिए तुरंत प्रभाव से कार्य किया जाएगा। किसी के साथ कोई अन्याय नहीं होने दिया जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत रत्न डॉ भीमराव अंबेडकर की सोच गरीब से गरीब व्यक्ति को मजबूत करना और उनके अधिकारों का संरक्षण करने की थी।
इसी प्रकार महात्मा ज्योतिबा फुले ने अपना पूरा जीवन गरीब व्यक्ति के उत्थान में लगा दिया। अगर यह दोनों महापुरुष ना होते तो गरीब को उसके अधिकार ही नहीं मिलते। उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा कुरुक्षेत्र में गुरु रविदास जी का धाम विकसित किया जा रहा है जहां उनकी शिक्षाओं का प्रचार-प्रसार होगा और आने वाली पीढ़ियों को इसका लाभ मिल सकेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पिछले 10 सालों में हमारी सांस्कृतिक विरासत मजबूती के साथ आगे बढ़ी है और देश में अंतिम पंक्ति में खड़े व्यक्ति को भी मजबूती से आगे बढ़ाने का काम किया गया है। लोक सभा चुनाव में कांग्रेस पार्टी और गठबंधन द्वारा संविधान और आरक्षण को लेकर दुष्प्रचार किया गया। बाबा भीमराव अम्बेडकर ने पवित्र संविधान भारत को दिया और इसी संविधान के अनुरूप आज हमारा देश चल रहा है। विपक्ष द्वारा संविधान को खत्म करने संबधी दुष्प्रचार करते हुए कहा गया कि अगर नरेंद्र मोदी फिर से प्रधानमंत्री बन गए तो यह संविधान और आरक्षण को खत्म कर देंगे।
उन्होंने कहा कि वह लोग पवित्र संविधान को मंच पर दिखाकर दुष्प्रचार करते थे जिन्होंने कभी संविधान को सम्मान ही नहीं दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि जवाहरलाल नेहरू के समय में बाबा साहेब ने कहा था कि धारा 370 को संविधान में शामिल नहीं किया जाना चाहिए। बाबा साहब ने तब धारा -370 का विरोध किया था। कांग्रेस द्वारा उस समय संविधान के मूल भाव से खिलवाड़ करते हुए धारा – 370 को शामिल करना सरासर संविधान का अपमान था।
10 वर्षों से प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में संविधान अनुसार देश विकास के पथ पर निरंतर अग्रसर
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पिछले 10 वर्षों में प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में संविधान अनुसार ही देश चला है और आज कोई नहीं कह सकता कि नरेंद्र मोदी ने संविधान की गरिमा को इस अवधि में किसी भी स्तर पर कम होने दिया। इसके बावजूद भी कांग्रेस द्वारा केवल मात्र आपको भ्रमित करके इस प्रकार का वातावरण चुनाव में पैदा किया गया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने अनुसूचित जाति समाज के परिवारों से आग्रह करते हुए कहा कि आप सभी को ऐसी अफवाहों से समाज को बचाना है और उन्हें ठीक रास्ता दिखाना है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी आज तीसरी बार शपथ ले रहे हैं और उनके नेतृत्व में जिस प्रकार मनोहर लाल जी ने हरियाणा में गरीब और वंचित के उत्थान के लिए कार्य किया उसी तर्ज पर हम मिलकर प्रदेश को विकास के पथ पर बढ़ा रहे हैं।
इससे पहले राज्यसभा सांसद कृष्ण पंवार समारोह को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि अभी हाल ही में लोकसभा चुनाव में अनुसूचित जाति समाज के लोगों को गुमराह करने का काम कांग्रेस पार्टी द्वारा किया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने सभी संतो महापुरुषों और गुरुओं को सम्मान दिया। हरियाणा प्रदेश में संत और महापुरुषों की जयंतियों को सरकारी तौर पर मनाया जा रहा है।
उन्होंने कहा कि अनुसूचित जाति समाज को अपने हितैषी को समझते हुए कांग्रेस पार्टी के दुष्प्रचार से बचना है।पूर्व लोकसभा सांसद श्री अशोक तंवर ने कहा कि विपक्ष द्वारा हाल ही में लोकसभा चुनाव में देश को गुमराह करने की कोशिश की गई जिसमें उन्हें कुछ हद तक कामयाबी भी मिली। कांग्रेस पार्टी ने हमेशा केवल झूठ की राजनीति का सहारा लिया है चाहे वह गरीबी हटाने का नारा हो या कोई और बात हो।
लोकसभा चुनाव में एक नारा चला कि अगर भारतीय जनता पार्टी फिर से सत्ता में आ गई तो वह संविधान और आरक्षण को बदल देगी और देश खत्म हो जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि आज जो सरकारी नौकरियों में बैकलॉग की समस्या है वह कांग्रेस की ही देन है। उन्होंने आग्रह करते हुए कहा कि अनुसूचित जाति से संबंधित समाज कांग्रेस के दुष्प्रचार से गुमराह व भ्रमित ना हो, आपके अधिकार पूरी तरह से सुरक्षित हैं और आगे भी रहेंगे।
भाजपा महिला विंग की उपाध्यक्ष श्रीमती बंतो कटारिया ने इस अवसर पर कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि कांग्रेस पार्टी द्वारा समाज के लोगों को भ्रमित करने के उद्देश्य से संविधान व आरक्षण को लेकर दुष्प्रचार किया गया। उन्होंने आह्वान करते हुए कहा कि सभी मौजूद बुद्धिजीवी और प्रबुद्धजन यहां से संकल्प लेकर जाएं कि कांग्रेस पार्टी के दुष्प्रचार का जवाब देते हुए आने वाले विधानसभा चुनावों में तीसरी बार प्रदेश में कमल खिलाने का काम करेंगे।
इस अवसर पर विधायक सत्य प्रकाश जरावता, मुख्यमंत्री के राजनीतिक सलाहकार भारत भूषण भारती, पूर्व एच सी एस अधिकारी अमरजीत, गुरु रविदास सभा और अध्यापक संघ के पदाधिकारियों समेत मुख्यमंत्री का अभिवादन करने आए सैकड़ों लोग उपस्थित थे।
