Flight to commence shortly from Hisar Airport, it will also be connected to international destinations – Nayab Singh

Hisar : Haryana Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh said that flights to various states will soon commence from Maharaja Agrasen Airport in Hisar. Following this, the airport will also be connected to international destinations. He added that Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi will inaugurate the airport when flights begin.
The Chief Minister made these remarks while addressing the people after laying the foundation stone and inaugurating several development projects, including the expansion of Maharaja Agrasen Airport, which will cost approximately Rs 544 crore in Hisar today.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister congratulated the people of Haryana, particularly the residents of Hisar, stating that nine different projects worth Rs 339 crore have been inaugurated at this domestic airport named after Maharaja Agrasen.
He said that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed for airport operations, and soon flight services from Hisar will begin to various destinations including Chandigarh, Jaipur, Ayodhya, Jammu, and Ahmedabad.
This development will benefit not only the local residents but also the people of Punjab, Rajasthan, and other states. The enhanced connectivity is expected to be a milestone in the development of Hisar and will significantly contribute to the state’s progress.
The Chief Minister highlighted that under Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi’s leadership, the country has achieved remarkable development over the past decade. He mentioned that under the Udan Yojana, air travel has become accessible to the common man, and the commencement of development work at this airport is a testament to that.
The goal is to elevate Hisar Airport to international standards in the coming years.He also said that in October 2020, former Chief Minister Sh Manohar Lal initiated the Bhoomi Pujan for the construction of the runway at Hisar Airport. The construction of the 3,000 meter long runway has been completed, and the parallel taxiway is also being expanded.
Sh Nayab Singh stated that over the past 10 years, the double-engine government of the Center and Haryana, under the leadership of Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi, has constructed 1,350 km of national highways in Haryana at a cost of more than Rs 40,000 crore. In addition, significant work has been done on various major railway projects, benefiting the people of the state.
He said that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, numerous initiatives have been undertaken to uplift the poor, enabling them to live with dignity in society. He also congratulated the public on Narendra Modi becoming the Prime Minister of the country for the third consecutive term.
The Prime Minister has committed to making India a developed nation by 2047, and Haryana will actively contribute to this vision.The CM said that after being sworn in as Prime Minister for the third time, Narendra Modi released the 17th installment of Rs 20,000 crore under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Additionally, the Prime Minister has pledged to provide three crore new houses for the poor.
Accused Congress of spreading lies and creating confusion
Targeting the opposition, Chief Minister said that the Congress party has nothing substantial to say. He accused them of spreading lies and creating confusion. He stated that Congress leaders sometimes approach the Governor and sometimes create an atmosphere of insecurity, despite not having sufficient MLAs.
He criticized the opposition for misleading the public during the last elections by falsely claiming that if Narendra Modi became Prime Minister for the third time, he would abolish the Constitution. He asserted that under Modi’s leadership, the country has been governed in accordance with the Constitution, while the Congress has disrespected it.
The Chief Minister highlighted the Haryana Government’s HAPPY scheme, which provides free travel of 1,000 kilometers per year to every family member with an annual income of less than Rs one lakh. He also mentioned the launch of the PM Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme, under which families with an annual income of less than Rs 1,80,000 can avail free electricity.
Additionally, he informed the removal of the monthly electricity bill charge, stating that consumers will now be billed based on the number of units consumed.
Hisar Airport is being developed in 7200 acres – Dr. Kamal Gupta
On this occasion, Dr. Kamal Gupta, the Civil Aviation Minister of Haryana, said that today marks a historic day for the people of Hisar. The foundation stone for the expansion of Hisar Airport was laid nine years ago by former Chief Minister Sh Manohar Lal, and today it has been inaugurated by Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh.
Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi was of the view that air travel should be accessible to all, including those who wear slippers.Dr. Kamal Gupta said that the first flight from Maharaja Agrasen Airport in Hisar will be dedicated to Lord Shri Rama and will fly to Ayodhya.He highlighted that this airport, being developed across 7200 acres, will larger from Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport which spans on 5000 acres.
He also mentioned the recent signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with aircraft operators and the submission of a license application to the Airport Authority, along with the required fees. Dr. Kamal Gupta expressed confidence that all formalities will be completed within a month, paving the way for flights to commence shortly thereafter.
Deputy Speaker of Haryana Legislative Assembly Ranbir Gangwa, MLA Vinod Bhayana, former Rajya Sabha MP Gen (Retd.) DP Vats, Additional Chief Secretary of Civil Aviation Department Sudhir Rajpal, former MLA Prof Chatar Pal and other dignitaries were also present on this occasion.

हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह ने कहा कि हिसार स्थित महाराजा अग्रसेन हवाई अड्डे से शीघ्र ही विभिन्न राज्यों के लिए उड़ान शुरू होगी और उसके बाद यह एयरपोर्ट पूरी दुनिया से कनेक्ट होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि आने वाले समय में यहाँ से फ्लाइंग शुरू होने पर प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी इस एयरपोर्ट का उद्घाटन करेंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री आज हिसार में लगभग 544 करोड रुपए की लागत से महाराजा अग्रसेन हवाई अड्डे के विस्तारीकरण परियोजनाओं सहित अन्य विकास परियोजनाओं का शिलान्यास एवं उद्घाटन करने उपरांत उपस्थित लोगों को संबोधित कर रहे थे।इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदेश के लोगों विशेषकर हिसार निवासियों को बधाई देते हुए कहा कि महाराजा अग्रसेन के नाम पर बने इस डॉमेस्टिक एयरपोर्ट में 339 करोड रुपए की 9 विभिन्न परियोजनाओं का उद्घाटन किया गया है।
उन्होंने कहा कि एयरपोर्ट संचालन के लिए एमओयू साइन किया गया है और जल्द ही हिसार से चंडीगढ़, जयपुर, अयोध्या, जम्मू, और अहमदाबाद सहित अन्य क्षेत्रों के लिए इस टर्मिनल से उड़ान की सुविधा मिलनी शुरू हो जाएगी। इसकी शुरुआत के बाद से स्थानीय लोगों के अतिरिक्त पंजाब, राजस्थान और अन्य राज्यों के लोगों को भी लाभ मिलने लगेगा। यह हाई कनेक्टिविटी प्रदेश के विकास में उल्लेखनीय योगदान देने के साथ-साथ हिसार के विकास में भी मिल का पत्थर साबित होगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश ने गत 10 वर्षों में विकास की नई ऊंचाइयों को छुआ है। प्रधानमंत्री की उड़ान योजना के तहत हवाई चप्पल वाला भी हवाई जहाज में यात्रा कर सकता है और आज इस एयरपोर्ट पर विकास कार्यों की शुरुआत से यह कार्य पूरा होने जा रहा है। आने वाले वर्षों में हिसार एयरपोर्ट को अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर विकसित करने का लक्ष्य है।
उन्होंने कहा कि अक्टूबर 2020 में हिसार एयरपोर्ट के रनवे निर्माण के लिए पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने यहां पर भूमि पूजन की शुरुआत की थी। 3000 मीटर लंबे रनवे का निर्माण कार्य पूरा किया गया है और इस रनवे के समानांतर टैक्सी वे का विस्तार भी किया जा रहा है।श्री नायब सिंह ने कहा कि 10 वर्षों में केंद्र और हरियाणा की डबल इंजन की सरकार ने प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में हरियाणा प्रदेश में 40000 करोड़ रूपए से अधिक की लागत से 1350 किलोमीटर लंबे नेशनल हाईवे बनाए गए हैं।
इसके अतिरिक्त रेलवे की विभिन्न प्रकार बड़ी परियोजनाओं के कार्य भी किए गए हैं जिसका लाभ प्रदेश के लोगों को आज मिल रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में गरीब व्यक्ति की मजबूती के लिए बहुत से कार्य किए गए हैं ताकि वे समाज में सम्मानपूर्वक जीवन यापन कर सकें। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को लगातार तीसरी बार देश का प्रधान सेवक बनने पर उन्होंने लोगों को बधाई भी दी।
प्रधानमंत्री ने संकल्प लिया है कि 2047 तक भारत को विकसित राष्ट्र बनाना है। हरियाणा भी इस संकल्प को मजबूती से आगे बढ़ाने का काम करेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि तीसरी बार लगातार प्रधानमंत्री पद की शपथ लेते ही नरेंद्र मोदी ने सर्वप्रथम पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि योजना के तहत 20000 करोड रूपए की 17वीं किस्त जारी करने का काम किया। इसके साथ-साथ गरीब व्यक्तियों को तीन करोड़ नए मकान देने का भी संकल्प लिया है।
कांग्रेस केवल झूठ बोलकर भ्रम फैलाने का काम करती है
नायब सिंह ने विपक्ष पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि कांग्रेस के पास बोलने के लिए कुछ नहीं है, वे कभी राज्यपाल के पास जाते हैं और कभी असुरक्षा का माहौल पैदा करते हैं। उनके स्वयं के पास एमएलए नहीं है, ये केवल झूठ बोलकर भ्रम की स्थिति फैलाने का काम करते हैं। इनको आज इस बात से दिक्कत है कि विकास के काम किस प्रकार से हो रहे हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि विपक्ष के नेताओं ने पिछले दिनों चुनाव में भी झूठ बोलकर आम जनता को बरगलाने का काम किया। उन्होंने झूठ बोला कि अगर नरेंद्र मोदी तीसरी बार प्रधानमंत्री बन गए तो संविधान को खत्म कर देंगे, जबकि पिछले 10 वर्षों में प्रधानमंत्री के नेतृत्व में यह देश संविधान के अनुरूप चला है। प्रधानमंत्री ने सदैव संविधान का सम्मान किया है जबकि कांग्रेस ने संविधान का अपमान करने का काम किया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हरियाणा सरकार ने हैप्पी परियोजना शुरू कर हरियाणा सरकार ने एक लाख से कम वार्षिक आय वाले परिवार के हर सदस्य को प्रति वर्ष 1 हज़ार किलोमीटर मुफ़्त यात्रा का लाभ दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि सूर्य घर मुफ्त बिजली योजना का भी शुभारंभ किया जा चुका है। इसके तहत 1,80,000 रुपये से कम वार्षिक आय वाले परिवार मुफ़्त में योजना का लाभ उठा पाएंगे।उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने बिजली के बिल का मासिक चार्ज हटाने का फ़ैसला लिया है। अब जितने युनिट बिजली की खपत होगी, उतना ही बिल उपभोक्ता से लिया जाएगा।
7200 एकड़ में विकसित हो रहा है हिसार हवाई अड्डा – डॉ कमल गुप्ता
इस अवसर पर हरियाणा के नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्री डॉ कमल गुप्ता ने कहा कि हिसार के लोगों के लिए आज का दिन ऐतिहासिक है। 9 वर्ष पहले हिसार एयरपोर्ट के विस्तार का शिल्यानास पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल ने किया था। आज मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह के करकमलों से इसका उद्घाटन हुआ है। प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी की सोच है कि हवाई चप्पल पहनने वाले लोग भी हवाई यात्रा करें।
डॉ कमल गुप्ता ने कहा कि महाराजा अग्रसेन हवाई अड्डा हिसार से पहली फ्लाइट भगवान श्री राम को समर्पित होगी और अयोध्या को जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि यह हवाई अड्डा विश्व का सबसे बड़ा हवाई अड्डा होगा। दिल्ली का इंदिरा गांधी अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डा 5000 एकड़ में बना हुआ है, जबकि हिसार का हवाई अड्डा 7200 एकड़ में विकसित हो रहा है, यह बहुत बड़ी उपलब्धि है।
उन्होंने कहा कि हवाई जहाज चलाने वाली कंपनियों से पिछले दिनों समझौता ज्ञापन हो गया है। इसके अलावा हवाई अड्डा प्राधिकरण को लाइसेंस के लिए अर्जी दे दी गई है। इसकी आवश्यक फीस भी जमा करवा दी गई है। लगभग 1 महीने में सभी औपचारिकताएं पूरी कर ली जाएगी और उसके बाद यहां से फ्लाइट शुरू हो जाएगी।
