Chandigarh : Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh, targeting Congress, said that the Congress government did not benefit the poor in almost 60 years. They only spread lies and oppressed the poor, which is unfortunate. The Congress’s Yuvraj and Ghamandiyan Gathbandhan insulted Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s sacred constitution.
Addressing a press conference today, the Chief Minister said that in the recent elections, Congress misled people by falsely claiming that if Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi once again becomes Prime Minister for the third time, he would abolish the constitution and end reservations.

Narendra Modi will take oath for the third time as Prime Minister of India today, and he extends congratulations and best wishes to him on behalf of Haryana. He said that Sh. Modi is one of the world’s popular leaders today, who cares about the poor, farmers, empowering women, and advancing the youth.
The Chief Minister expressed confidence that under the leadership of Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi, India will progress at a faster pace and Haryana will contribute strongly to the resolution to make India a developed nation by 2047.
Congress was the first to tamper with the original spirit of the Constitution
Sh. Nayab Singh said that Jawaharlal Nehru included Article 370 in the constitution. Dr. B.R. Ambedkar opposed it in Parliament, arguing that Article 370 should not be included in the constitution. Congress was the first to tamper with the original spirit of the Constitution. Congress has insulted the constitution on various platforms and should apologize to the country, said the Chief Minister.
He said that the Congress and their Ghamandiyan Gathbandhan have nothing to say, they only lie. These people might have won seats, but the country will never forgive them. He said that Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi has given full respect to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar honoured him by developing his five places into five pilgrimage sites.
The Chief Minister said that despite Congress’s false propaganda in the Lok Sabha elections, our vote share has increased compared to Congress. Congress should issue a white paper on what steps they took for farmers in 60 years, he said.
Lying is in Aam Aadmi Party’s DNA
Reacting to statements made by the Delhi government on the issue of water, Sh. Nayab Singh said that as per the Supreme Court’s order, Haryana is giving Delhi more water than its share. If water comes from Himachal Pradesh, it will be given entirely to Delhi, and there will be no problem. Lying is in the Aam Aadmi Party’s DNA. They work only by relying on lies, he said.
The Chief Minister said that there is also an Aam Aadmi Party government in Punjab, and they should ask Punjab to give SYL water so that Haryana’s water shortage can be fulfilled and Delhi also gets extra water, said Sh. Nayab Singh.
The Chief Minister questioned the Delhi government on what arrangements they have made for people’s convenience. They are providing free water. The population is increasing; what is their policy for that? What provisions have been made for water, said Sh. Nayab Singh.

हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह ने कांग्रेस पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि लगभग 60 सालों में कांग्रेस सरकार ने गरीब का भला नहीं किया। केवल झूठ बोलने का काम किया और गरीबों पर अत्याचार किया, जो दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है। कांग्रेस के युवराज और घमंडिया गठबंधन ने डॉ भीमराव अंबेडकर के पवित्र संविधान को अपमानित करने का काम किया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने आज यहां प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि कांग्रेस ने इस बार के चुनावों में झूठ बोलकर लोगों को भ्रमित किया कि अगर तीसरी बार श्री नरेंद्र मोदी प्रधानमंत्री बन जाते हैं तो वे संविधान को समाप्त कर देंगे, आरक्षण समाप्त कर देंगे। परंतु आज देश समझ रहा है।
नरेंद्र मोदी तीसरी बार भारत के प्रधान सेवक के रूप में प्रधानमंत्री पद की लेंगे शपथ
श्री नायब सिंह ने कहा कि श्री नरेंद्र मोदी आज तीसरी बार भारत के प्रधान सेवक के रूप में प्रधानमंत्री पद की शपथ लेंगे और इसके लिए वे हरियाणा की ओर से उन्हें बधाई व शुभकामनाएं देते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि श्री मोदी आज विश्व के लोकप्रिय नेताओं में से एक हैं, जो गरीब की, किसान की, महिलाओं को सशक्त करने और युवाओं को आगे बढ़ाने की चिंता करते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि उन्हे विश्वास है कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में भारत और तेज गति से आगे बढ़ेगा और 2047 तक भारत को विकसित राष्ट्र बनाने के संकल्प में हरियाणा मजबूती प्रदान करेगा।
संविधान की मूल भावना के साथ कांग्रेस ने ही सबसे पहले खिलवाड़ किया
श्री नायब सिंह ने कहा कि जवाहर लाल नेहरू ने संविधान में धारा-370 को शामिल किया था। डॉ भीमराव अंबेडकर ने संसद में विरोध किया था कि यह धारा-370 संविधान में शामिल नहीं होनी चाहिए। संविधान की मूल भावना के साथ कांग्रेस ने ही सबसे पहले खिलवाड़ किया था। कांग्रेस ने विभिन्न मंचों पर संविधान को अपमानित किया है, इसके लिए उन्हें देश से माफी मांगनी चाहिए।
उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस-घमंडिया गठबंधन के पास बोलने के लिए कुछ नहीं है, ये केवल झूठ बोलने का काम करते हैं। ये लोग बेशक सीटें जीतकर आ गए, लेकिन देश इन्हें कभी माफ नहीं करेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने डॉ भीमराव अंबेडकर को पूरा सम्मान दिया और उनके पंच स्थान को पंच तीर्थ में विकसित करके उन्हें सम्मानित करने का काम किया।
उन्होंने कहा कि लोकसभा चुनावों में कांग्रेस ने दुष्प्रचार किया और इतना झूठ बोलने के बाद भी हमारा वोट शेयर कांग्रेस के मुकाबले ज्यादा है। कांग्रेस ने 60 साल में किसानों के लिए क्या कदम उठाए हैं, इस बारे श्वेत पत्र जारी कर बताए।
झूठ बोलना आम आदमी पार्टी के डीएनए में है
दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा पानी के विषय पर की जा रही बयानबाजी पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए श्री नायब सिंह ने कहा कि सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के द्वारा दिए गए आदेशानुसार हरियाणा दिल्ली को उसके हिस्से से भी अधिक पानी दे रहा है। यदि हिमाचल प्रदेश से पानी आता है तो वह पूरा पानी दिल्ली को दिया जाएगा, कहीं कोई दिक्कत नहीं आएगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि झूठ बोलना आम आदमी पार्टी के डीएनए में है। ये झूठ का सहारा लेकर ही काम करते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि पंजाब में भी आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार है और दिल्ली में भी। वे पंजाब से कहें कि एसवाईएल का पानी दें। जिससे हरियाणा की प्यास भी बुझेगी और दिल्ली को भी अतिरिक्त पानी मिलेगा।उन्होंने दिल्ली सरकार से सवाल करते हुए कहा कि दिल्ली सरकार ने लोगों की सुविधा के लिए क्या व्यवस्था की है। वे फ्री पानी दे रहे हैं। जनसंख्या बढ़ रही है, उसके लिए उनकी क्या नीति है। पानी के लिए क्या प्रावधान किया है।
