State-level Shramik Jagrukta evam Samman Samaroh held in Jind, Rs. 79.69 crore disbursed directly into the accounts of the workers

Jind : Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh today launched two new schemes during a state-level Shramik Jagrukta Evam Samman Samaroh held in Jind today. During this he also disbursed Rs. 79.69 crore directly into the accounts of 1,02,629 workers under 18 schemes. The list of new initiatives launched by the Chief Minister includes Mukhyamantri Shramik Panjikaran Protsahan Yojana, providing an incentive of Rs. 1100 to workers upon registration.
Besides this, under the Kanyadan evam Vivah Sahayata Yojana, workers will receive Rs. 1 lakh 1 thousand for their daughters’ weddings, with 75 percent of the amount being provided three days before the wedding. Industries and Commerce and Labour Minister, Sh. Mool Chand Sharma was also present at the programme.
The Chief Minister shared that he had directed the officers to prepare a list of workers who had not received any benefits due to any reason and to release benefits to all simultaneously. Today, benefits totaling Rs. 15.07 crore were disbursed directly into the accounts of 42,166 women for sewing machines, Rs. 9.95 crore for 19,925 workers under the cycle scheme, Rs. 15.90 crore to 19,880 workers for purchasing tools, Rs. 2.96 crore for education of 3,068 children of registered workers and Rs. 7.23 crore for purchasing e-scooters for 1,446 children received under the Electric Scooter Scheme.
Furthermore, financial assistance of Rs. 12.18 crore was deposited into the accounts of 1,206 workers under the Kanyadan evam Vivah Sahayata Yojana, scholarships totaling Rs. 1.25 crore were given to 379 meritorious children of registered workers under the Scholarship Scheme, and financial assistance of Rs. 7 lakh was deposited into the accounts of 34 workers under the Financial Assistance Scheme for their son’s marriage. Besides these, several crore rupees of benefits were also provided under other schemes, said Sh. Nayab Singh.
The Chief Minister announced that under the Mukhyamantri Tirtha Darshan Yojana, the workers will also get an opportunity of Ayodhya darshan. The Chief Minister said that Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi and the ‘Double Engine ‘Sarkar are consistently delivering benefits of schemes to citizens. He said that Union Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal has worked to develop every individual equally in the state over the past 10 years, ensuring today that the benefits of schemes reach the accounts of workers through the portal.

Criticizing the Opposition, Sh. Nayab Singh said that Congress leaders claim that if they come to power, they will close the portals started by the present government. When Congress leaders talk about closing these portals, it reminds people of corruption, because during Congress’ government, workers did not receive benefits, but the present state government has ensured that benefits reach every section through the portal.
He said that over the past decade, our government has provided benefits to workers under the Ayushman and Chirayu Scheme. The Congress government talked about giving plots to people, but neither did they give possession of plots nor did they provide any documents to them, said the Chief Minister.
However, our government has identified all such individuals and provided them with 100-100 square yards plots along with possession certificates. Additionally, for those villages where land is not available, an amount of Rs. 1 lakh will be transferred in their accounts to purchase plots.
He said that Congress misled voters, whereas our government has worked to ensure that the benefits of schemes reach every person.He said that our government is making strong decisions in favor of the poor, which has increased people’s trust in Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi and our double-engine government.
The Chief Minister further said that the Happy Yojana has been launched, wherein every member of families earning less than one lakh annually in Haryana will benefit from free travel of up to 1,000 kilometers per year. He said that the Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana has also been inaugurated, benefiting families earning less than Rs. 1,80,000 annually.
Families having annual income between Rs. 1,80,000 to 3,00,000 will receive a subsidy of Rs. 20,000 under this scheme, shared Sh. Nayab Singh.Earlier speaking on the occasion, Labour Minister, Sh. Mool Chand Sharma emphasized the significant contribution of workers in elevating Haryana to new heights.
He expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh for providing various benefits to workers on this historic day. He said that Haryana is a state of farmers and labourers, and the important role of workers in its development.
Rajya Sabha MP, Sh. Krishan Lal Panwar, MLA Sh. Krishan Middha, Principal Secretary, Labour Department, Sh. Rajeev Ranjan, and Labour Commissioner, Sh. Mani Ram Sharma, and large number of workers also remained present on this occasion.

हरियाणा के श्रमिकों के कल्याणार्थ चलाई जा रही योजनाओं का लाभ देने के लिए आज सरकार द्वारा जींद में राज्य स्तरीय श्रमिक जागरूकता एवं सम्मान समारोह का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह ने बतौर मुख्य अतिथि शिरकत की। इस समारोह में मुख्यमंत्री ने 18 योजनाओं के तहत 1,02,629 श्रमिकों को 79.69 करोड़ रुपये के लाभ की राशि सीधे उनके खातों में जारी की।
समारोह में मुख्यमंत्री ने सांकेतिक रूप से विभिन्न योजनाओं के लिए लाभार्थियों को चैक वितरित किए और बेटियों को इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटी की चाबी सौंपी।इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने दो नई योजनाओं नामतः मुख्यमंत्री श्रमिक पंजीकरण प्रोत्साहन योजना और कन्यादान एवं विवाह सहायता योजना की भी शुरुआत की। मुख्यमंत्री श्रमिक पंजीकरण प्रोत्साहन योजना के तहत अब निर्माण श्रमिकों को पंजीकरण करने पर 1100 रुपये की राशि प्रोत्साहन स्वरूप दी जाएगी।
साथ ही, कन्यादान एवं विवाह सहायता योजना के तहत श्रमिकों को उनकी बेटियों की शादी के लिए 1 लाख 1 हजार रुपये की राशि दी जाएगी, जिसमें से 75 प्रतिशत राशि विवाह के तीन दिन पूर्व मिलेगी। इस समारोह में उद्योग एवं वाणिज्य और श्रम मंत्री श्री मूलचंद शर्मा भी उपस्थित रहे।श्री नायब सिंह ने कहा कि उन्होंने अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक कर निर्देश दिए थे कि जिन श्रमिकों को किसी भी कारणवश कोई लाभ नहीं मिला है, उनकी सूची तैयार की जाए और सभी को एक साथ लाभ जारी किया जाए।
आज जारी किए गए लाभों में 42,166 महिलाओं के खातों में सिलाई मशीन के लिए 15 करोड़ 7 लाख रुपये, साईकिल योजना के तहत 19,925 श्रमिकों को 9.95 करोड़ रुपये, औजार खरीदने के लिए 19,880 श्रमिकों को 15.90 करोड़ रुपये, पंजीकृत श्रमिकों के बच्चों की शिक्षा के लिए 3068 बच्चों को 2.96 करोड़ रुपये, इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटर योजना के तहत ई-स्कूटर की खरीद के लिए 1446 बच्चों को 7.23 करोड़ रुपये की राशि सीधे उनके खातों में डाली गई है।
इसी प्रकार, बेटी की शादी के लिए वित्तीय सहायता और कन्यादान योजना के तहत आज 1206 श्रमिकों के खातों में 12.18 करोड़ रुपये, पंजीकृत श्रमिक के मेधावी बच्चों के लिए छात्रवृत्ति योजना के तहत 379 बच्चों को 1.25 करोड़ रुपये, पुत्र की शादी के लिए वित्तीय सहायता योजना के तहत 34 श्रमिकों को 7 लाख रुपये की राशि सीधे उनके खातों में डाली गई है। इसके अलावा, अन्य योजनाओं के तहत भी कई करोड़ों रुपये के लाभ दिए गए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने श्रमिकों के लिए घोषणा करते हुए कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री तीर्थ दर्शन योजना के तहत श्रमिकों को भी अयोध्या दर्शन कराया जाएगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी और हमारी डबल ईंजन की सरकार लगातार नागरिकों को योजनाओं का लाभ दे रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल ने पिछले 10 वर्षों में जिस प्रकार से प्रदेश में काम किए हैं, समान रूप से हर व्यक्ति का विकास करने का काम किया है और पोर्टल के माध्यम से आज श्रमिकों के खातों में योजनाओं का लाभ पहुँच रहा है।
कांग्रेसी नेता जब पोर्टल को बंद करने की बात करते हैं तो भ्रष्टाचार की बू नजर आती है
श्री नायब सिंह ने विपक्ष पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि विपक्षी दल के नेता कहते हैं कि जब वे सत्ता में आएंगे तो वे पोर्टल को बंद कर देंगे। कांग्रेस के नेता भूपेंद्र हुड्डा जब पोर्टल को बंद करने की बात करते हैं तो भ्रष्टाचार की बू नजर आती है। क्योंकि जब कांग्रेस की सरकार थी, उस समय श्रमिकों को लाभ नहीं पहुंचता था, परंतु हमारी सरकार ने पोर्टल के माध्यम से हर वर्ग को लाभ पहुंचाने का काम किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी सरकार ने पिछले लगभग 10 वर्षों में श्रमिकों के लिए आयुष्मान कार्ड और चिरायु योजना के तहत लाभ प्रदान किया है।कांग्रेस के लोग गुमराह करके वोट लेने का काम करते हैं
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कांग्रेस सरकार ने लोगों को प्लॉट देने की बात कही, लेकिन उन्हें न तो प्लॉट का कब्जा दिया, न ही कोई कागज दिया, उन्हें उनके हालात पर छोड़ दिया। लेकिन हमारी सरकार ने ऐसे सभी लोगों को चिह्नित कर उन्हें 100-100 गज के प्लॉट दिए और उनके कब्जा प्रमाण पत्र भी प्रदान किए। इसके अलावा, जिन गांवों में जमीन नहीं है, ऐसे लोगों के खातों में प्लॉट खरीदने के लिए 1 लाख रुपये की राशि भी दी जाएगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस के लोग गुमराह करके वोट लेने का काम करते हैं, जबकि हमारी सरकार ने हर व्यक्ति तक योजनाओं का लाभ पहुंचाने का काम किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी सरकार गरीब के हित में मजबूत फैसले ले रही है और इसी के कारण आज लोगों का प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी और हमारी डबल ईंजन की सरकार पर विश्वास बढ़ा है। उन्होंने नागरिकों को विश्वास दिलाते हुए कहा कि अब आपके लाभ को कोई नहीं रोक पाएगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि हैप्पी परियोजना शुरू कर हरियाणा सरकार ने एक लाख से कम वार्षिक आय वाले परिवार के हर सदस्य को प्रति वर्ष 1 हज़ार किलोमीटर मुफ़्त यात्रा का लाभ दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि सूर्य घर मुफ्त बिजली योजना का भी शुभारंभ किया जा चुका है। इसके तहत 1,80,000 रुपये से कम वार्षिक आय वाले परिवार मुफ़्त में योजना का लाभ उठा पाएंगे।
एक लाख 80 हजार रुपये से 3 लाख रुपये तक की वार्षिक आय वाले परिवारों को इस योजना के तहत बीस हज़ार रुपये की सब्सिडी मिलेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने बिजली के बिल का मासिक चार्ज हटाने का फ़ैसला लिया है। अब जितने युनिट बिजली की खपत होगी, उतना ही बिल उपभोक्ता से लिया जाएगा।
हरियाणा प्रदेश को बुलंदियों पर ले जाने में श्रमिकों का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान – श्रम मंत्री मूलचंद शर्मा
इस अवसर पर उद्योग एवं वाणिज्य और श्रम मंत्री श्री मूलचंद शर्मा ने मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह का धन्यवाद व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि आज के इस ऐतिहासिक दिन पर मुख्यमंत्री ने श्रमिकों को विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा प्रदेश किसानों और मजदूरों का प्रदेश है और इस हरियाणा प्रदेश को बुलंदियों पर ले जाने में हमारे श्रमिकों का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान है। श्रमिकों की बदौलत आज सुई से लेकर हवाई जहाज तक के पुर्जे हरियाणा में बनाने का काम हो रहा है।
इस अवसर पर राज्यसभा सांसद श्री कृष्ण लाल पंवार, जींद से विधायक डॉ. कृष्ण मिड्डा, श्रम विभाग के प्रधान सचिव श्री राजीव रंजन, श्रम आयुक्त हरियाणा श्री मनीराम शर्मा सहित बड़ी संख्या में श्रमिक उपस्थित थे।
