Mahipal Dhanda addressed and resolved people’s problems on the spot

Panipat : Haryana Minister of State for Development, Panchayats, and Cooperation, Mahipal Dhanda addressed and resolved public grievances today during the “Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar” Khula Darbaar program held in Diwana and Pahladpur Khalila villages in Panipat.
With the assistance of officers present, he promptly resolved a majority of the approximately 120 public grievances received during the program in these two villages. The Minister emphasised his commitment to serving the people, stating that this spirit of service will continue.
He said that he aimed to address and resolve public grievances and assured that any grievance brought to his attention would be addressed promptly. Apart from this, he directed officers to try on-the-spot resolutions for people’s grievances for quick relief.
During the program, around 80 grievances were reported in Diwana village and 40 in Pahladpur. Villagers also requested the Minister to improve water drainage and pave paths in the fields. Most people raised issues related to electricity, water, land, pensions, and family IDs. The Minister assured them that their issues would be prioritized.
He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi, the country has gained a special identity in the world. The Prime Minister has a special connection with Haryana, which is why three ministers from Haryana have been included in the central government.
Many villagers also informed the Minister about the increasing problem of electricity theft and asked for immediate action. In another matter, the Minister directed officers to blacklist the construction firm and stop their payments.
Several villagers submitted requests to repair their houses. Regarding a police-related issue, the Minister took note and directed the Superintendent of Police over the phone to ensure justice.

हरियाणा के विकास, पंचायत एवं सहकारिता राज्यमंत्री महिपाल ढांडा ने आज पानीपत के दिवाना और खलीला प्रहलादपुर में आयोजित आपकी सरकार आपके द्वार खुले दरबार कार्यक्रम में लोगों की समस्याओं को सुना और मौके पर अधिकारियों के सहयोग से ज्यादातर का समाधान किया। उक्त दोनों गांव की इस कार्यक्रम में करीब 120 जन समस्याएं पहुंची।
मंत्री ने कहा कि वो राजनीति में सेवा करने के उद्देश्य से आए हैं। यह सेवाभाव निरंतर जारी रहेगा। उनका मुख्य उद्देश्य लोगों की समस्याओं का समाधान करवाकर उन्हें सहूलियत देना है। उनके पास जो भी समस्याएं पहुंची है उनका निदान कराया जाएगा। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए वे लोगों की समस्याओं का मौके पर निदान करने का प्रयास करें, ताकि लोगों को राहत मिल सके।
कार्यक्रम में दिवाना गांव 80 व प्रहलादपुर में 40 के करीब जन समस्याएं सामने आई। गांव के ज्यादातर लोगों ने बिजली, पानी ,जमीन, पेंशन, फैमिली आईडी से संबंधित समस्याएं रखी। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में विश्व में देश की विशेष पहचान बनी है। हरियाणा से प्रधानमंत्री का विशेष लगाव है, तभी तो केंद्र सरकार में हरियाणा के तीन-तीन मंत्रियों को स्थान मिला है।
कार्यक्रम में अपनी समस्या लेकर पहुंचे एक दिव्यांग बच्चे ने पेंशन की मांग रखी। इस मौके पर ग्रामीणों द्वारा पानी की निकासी व किसानों द्वारा खेत की मार्ग पक्के करने की मंत्री से अपील की गई। मंत्री ने उन्हें आश्वासन दिया कि उनके कार्य प्राथमिकता के आधार पर होंगे। कई ग्रामीणों ने गांव में बढ़ रही बिजली चोरी की समस्याओं से मंत्री को अवगत कराया व तत्काल इस पर कार्रवाई करने की अपील की।
एक अन्य मामले में मंत्री ने कंस्ट्रक्शन का कार्य करने वाले ठेकेदार की फर्म को ब्लैक लिस्ट करने व पेमेंट रोकने के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए। कई ग्रामीणों द्वारा मकान की मरम्मत करने के भी प्रार्थना पत्र मंत्री को दिए गए। पुलिस विभाग से जुड़ी एक समस्या पर मंत्री ने संज्ञान लिया व पुलिस अधीक्षक से फोन पर बात न्याय दिलाने के निर्देश दिए।
