Home Minister Anil Vij continuosly in the field, directions were given to the officers for drain out the water in Ambala

Ambala : Haryana Home and Health Minister Sh. Anil Vij stayed in the field for the whole day today to take stock of rain water drainage situation. He inspected several colonies, industry areas and rural areas of Ambala and gave instructions to the officers for drain out the water.
Vij directed the officers to restore power and water supply on priority. In the morning, Home Minister Anil Vij reached the industry area of Ambala Cantonment, where he took stock of the drainage system. He interacted with the industrialists, who informed that the water pumping station set up in the industry area to drain water is not working.
It is closed due to not available of power supply. Home Minister Anil Vij inspected the industry area and after that he immediately called two fire brigades and started draining the water. He also directed to restore power supply at the pumping station.
A few hours after his instructions, the pumping station was commissioned, due to which water drainage started in the industry area.
Home Minister Anil Vij reached at the Housing Board Colony to take stock of the drainage. Due to the high culvert in the colony, there was a problem in water drainage, on which Vij instructed the municipal council officials to drain water on the spot.
Direction were given to clean the drain at 12 Cross Road
Home Minister Anil Vij took stock of water drainage at 12 Cross Road and interacted with the people. Due to heavy rains in the last few days, a lot of silt had accumulated in the drains, Home Minister Anil Vij instructed the officials to clear it. He said that due to the cleaning of this drain, the remaining water will also drain out faster.
Motors started in Maheshnagar pump house, fast water drainage rapidly
Following the instructions of Home Minister Anil Vij, the water pumping motors have also been started in the Maheshnagar pump house, due to which water is now being pumped and thrown into the Tangri river at a rapid pace. Significantly, the motors of the pump house had stopped due to water filling.
Home Minister Anil Vij, who arrived here on Tuesday, had instructed the officials to start the motors.
