Ambala : Despite the formal suspension of Janata Darbar, Haryana Home and Health Minister Anil Vij remains committed to addressing the grievances of the state’s residents. Every day, his Ambala residence sees an influx of complainants seeking justice for their various issues. On Saturday, hundreds of individuals from across Haryana gathered at Vij’s residence, hoping to have their concerns heard and resolved.
Home Minister Anil Vij patiently listened to each complainant, carefully understanding their issues and taking necessary actions. He directed the concerned officials to promptly address the grievances and ensure that the complainants receive the desired relief. Vij’s dedication to public service is evident in his continued engagement with the public, even beyond the formal setting of his Janata Darbar.
During the public hearing, several cases of immigration fraud have come light. In response to these, Haryana Home and Health Minister Anil Vij has taken decisive action by handing over the investigation of these cases to the Special Investigation Team (SIT) set up for this purpose.
A person from Karnal alleged that the agent had tricked him into sending him to America. He mortgaged his land and gave Rs 75 lakh to the agent on different days. But after this the agent absconded and now he came to know that the agent has gone to America. Similarly, a person from Kapurthala, Punjab told that the agent had asked him for Rs 90 lakh to send him to America and the matter was settled for Rs 55 lakh.
He gave an amount of Rs 55 lakh to the agent through various means, after which the agent sent him to Turkey instead of sending him to America. After this the agent’s phone was switched off and he was de-ported from Turkey. At the same time, a person resident of Karnal told that the agent cheated him of Rs 3.25 lakh on the pretext of sending him to Armenia, while a person resident of Narayangarh alleged cheating him of Rs 2 lakh in the name of sending him to New Zealand.
Home Minister Anil Vij directed to constitute SIT to investigate murder cases
Similarly, many cases of murder came to the notice of Home Minister Anil Vij on which SPs of various districts were instructed to form SIT and investigate. The man who came from Mahendragarh said that after the murder of his brother, the police have not arrested the accused. Similarly, a family from Kurukshetra said that the accused in their son’s murder case have not been caught and on the contrary, the accused are now threatening them.
The Home Minister called for an action report in this matter from the SP and ordered an investigation by constituting an SIT. Similarly, people of Baazigar community from Sirsa alleged that the accused were not arrested after the murder of the youth. The Home Minister gave instructions to form a SIT to investigate the matter.
Home Minister gave instructions to take action in many cases of land fraud
During the public hearing, many cases of land fraud also came to the notice of Home Minister Anil Vij on which instructions were given to take action. The Yamuna Nagar resident family complained about their farming land being grabbed by their relatives by making fake documents, on which the Minister directed SP Yamuna Nagar to investigate the case and register a case.
Similarly, a resident of Shahpur village of Yamunanagar alleged embezzlement in the construction of Ambedkar Bhavan in the village. When no action was taken in the case of land fraud in Bhiwani, Home Minister Anil Vij directed to get the investigation done by the State Crime Branch.
Ex-serviceman’s son cheated of Rs 7 lakh in the name of getting a government job, Minister instructed SP Karnal to investigate
A former soldier who came from Karnal complained to Home Minister Anil Vij that the accused cheated him of Rs 7 lakh in the name of providing a government job to his son. After that neither the job was given nor the money was returned, the minister directed Karnal SP to take action in the matter.
Similarly, an Asha worker who came from Karnal alleged her of threatening to kill her, a woman resident of Shahbad accused her of breaking into the house and assaulting her, a family resident of Jagadhri Workshop alleged for playing DJ till late night at the marriage palace near the house, many people complained about cracks appearing in their houses during the excavation of Johar and many other cases came to light on which Home Minister Anil Vij gave directions to the concerned officials for action.
