Shiv Pratap Shukla accorded warm welcome at Delhi

Shimla/New Delhi : Governor of Himachal Pradesh Shiv Pratap Shukla on his three-day tour has reached New Delhi today where he was accorded a warm welcome by the office bearers of Purvanchal Morcha, Delhi Center and other organizations at Himachal Sadan. This was his first visit to Delhi after becoming the Governor of Himachal Pradesh.

On the occasion, he said that Himachal is also known as Devbhoomi and Veerbhoomi. It was his good fortune that he has been entrusted with the responsibility of the highest constitutional post as a Governor of Himachal Pradesh.

He said that Himachal is a beautiful State blessed with natural beauty and he is mesmerized with its rich culture and tradition. He said that he would work with utmost dedication and commitment to contain the rich cultural heritage and green cover of this beautiful State.
