State Computer Teachers Asso, hails decision of the High Court in their favour

Gives Credit to the Government for pleading the case effectively

Shimla : The State Computer Teachers Association (SCTA) led by its President Rakesh Sharma called on Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu here today. Giving credit to the State government for its endeavours to justifiably plead its case in the High Court, SCTA President said that the judgment would benefit 1324 individuals who have been working in various Government Senior Secondary Schools in the State, since 2001.
Chief Minister said that the State Government was committed to the welfare of the employees and after coming to power, the Government has reinstated the Old Pension Scheme to ensure social security for them. He said that despite financial constraints, the State Government would give added priority to the well being of the employees who were the back bone of the state in implementing the policies.
