Those who are on bail are asking Congress workers to surround Delhi : Suresh Kashyap

Shimla : BJP State Suresh Kashyap while addressing a press conference in BJP headquarters said Those who are on bail are asking Congress workers to surround Delhi and put pressure on investigating agencies to protect the corrupt .

Today Congress and Rahul Gandhi should answer some questions Was the Associated Journal Limited ( AJL ) a company formed to publish newspapers in the 1930s with the participation of 5000 freedom fighters ?

Is the same company , through Young Indians , not doing real estate business under the Gandhi family ? Does the Young Indians Company formed in 2010 with Rs 5 lakh capital not owned by Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi who have 76 % shares in it ?

Was the entire property of AJL , worth more than Rs.2000 crores , which belonged to freedom fighters not handed over to one family through the medium of Young Indians Company ?

What is the relationship of Rahul Gandhi , Sonia Gandhi’s Young Indian Company with Dotex Merchandise- which is a Kolkata based Hawala company to facilitate this clandestine transaction ?

He said In 2010 all the shares of AJL were transferred to Young India of Gandhi family and with this the entire property of AJL worth Rs 2000 crores was given to Gandhi family , through a sham transaction

Kashyap said Rs 90 crore received by the Congress in the form of donations from the public was given as a loan to AJL and later on waived off for Young Indian , which had taken over this loan from AJL .

In 2010 Young India was formed as a charitable company , in which no charitable work was done till 2016 but instead real estate work started through this company.

In 2019 , the Delhi High Court , terming the share transactions between AJL and Young Indian as sham , made the following remarks ” The entire transaction of transferring the shares of AJL to Young India was nothing but , a clandestine and surreptitious transfer of the lucrative interest to Young India ” Today , to hide the corruption of Gandhi family entire Delhi is being held hostage and common man is being inconvenienced by the Congress party. The BJP strongly condemns this ill conceived protest of Congress party to protect the corrupt from accountability .
