VIT-AP University Hosts Grand 3rd Convocation for the Class of 2023 Graduands

Amaravati : VIT-AP University, a renowned institution dedicated to excellence in education, announced the successful culmination of its 3rd Convocation ceremony, celebrating the academic accomplishments and achievements of the Class of 2023.
The event took place on 23rd Sept 2023 at the university’s picturesque campus, marking a significant milestone in the journey of the graduating students. The Convocation ceremony was a momentous occasion attended by distinguished guests, esteemed faculty members, Staff, proud parents, and the graduands themselves.
The ceremony was graced by Dr. Justice B. Siva Sankara Rao – Chairman, The Judicial Preview Committee – Govt of AP, as the Chief guest, and Ashish Sharma–Director, Microsoft attended as the Guest of Honour.
Speaking on the occasion Dr. Justice B. Siva Sankara Rao – Chairman, The Judicial Preview Committee – Govt of AP said, that the hard work and dedication are indisputably the cornerstones of student success, and Convocations serve as a day to mark the culmination of their accomplishments.
The day serves as an inspirational reminder of the power of commitment and diligence, motivating students to pursue their ambitions with assurance.Ashish Sharma – Director, Microsoft attended as the Guest of Honour said Students who work hard and stay dedicated are more likely to persevere through challenges and setbacks.

G. Viswanathan, Founder & Chancellor of VIT, in his presidential address said that the grand 3rd Convocation at VIT-AP University symbolizes the institution’s dedication to nurturing talent, fostering academic excellence, and moulding future leaders.

Several students were recognized for their outstanding academic achievements, receiving awards and accolades for their exceptional performance throughout their academic journey.The convocation ceremony also witnessed the presence of the Sankar Viswanathan, Vice President of VIT group of Institutions, Dr. S V Kota Reddy, Vice – Chancellor, Dr. Jagadish C. Mudiganti, Registrar, Dr.N.Madhusudan Rao –Dean Academics,Dr. Khadeer Pasha –Deputy Director Students welfare.
During the ceremony, a total of 1611 students graduated, including 16 gold medallists and 70 rank holders, across Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. programs in Engineering and Management.
