Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Jhanjeri organized Convocation 2024, Confers 1052 Degrees

Mohali : The Fourth Convocation Ceremony of CGC Jhanjeri was organized at its campus to celebrate the accomplishments of 1053 students. Kiran Patil, MD of Wonder Cement was Chief Guest on the occasion. Campus Director Dr. Neeraj Shama Welcomed all Guests.
He highlighted the achievements of Jhanjeri students in academics, sports, projects & above all in their placements in leading companies in India. Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal, President of CGC Jhanjeri opened the ceremony with a speech in which he emphasized the importance of studying hard in order to improve mobility and change the future of India through education.
He then along with Kiran Patil conferred degrees, awards, and medals to the graduates, & post-graduates. Kiran Patil applauded the students on their achievements and urged them to be successful in life, the students should continuously upgrade their knowledge & should have clarity on what is to be done & how it is to be done.
He advised them to be self-confident & give a pat on their back for each milestone achieved by them. This will motivate them to work more vigorously. Arsh Dhaliwal, Managing Director, CGC Jhanjeri said that we are established with the vision of creating global thinkers and engaged leaders through an integrated curriculum and research-based learning.
M D Dhaliwal introduced the Late Sardarni Gurdev Kaur Academic Excellence Award. Which will be Starting in the year 2024. This award will be bestowed upon the overall topper, accompanied by a Medal/Trophy and a Cash Prize of Rs.11,000. At the end of the convocation, An Alumni meeting was arranged in which old students met their class fellows & friends.
